“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!”
“The gentleman at Boost Mobile inside Southridge was extremely helpful today. My daughter was having issues with her phone. After troubleshooting, it was obvious she needed a new one. The new phone was very reasonable and did not take long to get it set up. I will definitely be back when I need to replace my phone. Very appreciative for everything he did today.”
“Miguel and Rose were both so kind and helpful. I was in there on two separate occasions this week. Miguel helped us upgrade three phones, was so patient, even came out to my car with me to get my Apple CarPlay working when I couldn’t figure it out. When I came back in a few days later, Rose was very helpful and turning in some of the phones for credit and it took a very long time because I was struggling with Passwords and codes, and she never made me feel rushed or made me feel bad. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at AT&T store with the two of them.”

“I had gone to Brookfield location for At&T near Charles swab because I had put in order 7 hours prior to pickup, when I came to pickup they said it didn't seem ready for pickup and didn't know if I would be getting the phone today. I was very disappointed so I called the location on 76th if I would be able to pick one up today and in less than 10mins I was out the door thanks to Patrick, if I ever have any problems from now on I will be going to Patrick only.”

“We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”

He made helpful suggestions and adjusted his suggestions based on our specific requests. He has experience with a variety of other cell providers, so he was very knowledgeable about the quickest ways to get our new line up and running. “I had to visit this store to fix the porting after struggling for couple of days with the customer support and in store service. The store associate Chris helped me to address the account porting. The customer service team misguided me saying that the account is set up and the pin is needed. The realty was that the account was never setup due to non porting. Chris finally ported the number and then set up the account. Finally we were able to retain the number after this much of hassle.”
