“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!”

“We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”
“Great customer service!! Josh, the manager, and Michael were wonderful! Josh coordinated with Michael right away on getting a phone from a different store that they don’t have in the store for my daughter to have by the next day. Michael took care of us the next day and was super efficient, communicative and very knowledgeable of services and plans offered. The customer service provided at this location is just outstanding! “This location helped me out a lot. Got sent away from the location on sunset because “their WiFi wasn’t working and couldn’t transfer data to my new phone without it”. When after I went to this location (grandview) they helped me get the phone to start transferring and sent me on my way and the entire thing transferred WITHOUT WiFi. The sunset location is known for sending people away because they don’t wanna deal with anything. Grandview location is the one to go to.”

“Came in with my wife and are new IPhones to port are phone numbers from are old carrier to T-mobile and Angelo had us in and out of there in 20 minutes, the gentleman totally knows his craft very knowledgeable and answers any question you need help had problems transferring my outlook to my new phone and Angelo knew just what to do so if you need technical help with your T-mobile account or your phone he is the man to go to, just a great experience with Angelo , Thank You Angelo.”
“I stopped by the Boost Mobile shop on Sunset St. in Waukesha and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the best plan for my needs—no pushy sales tactics. Setup was quick, and they even helped me transfer my old number without a hitch. The store itself is clean and well‑organized, making the whole experience painless. If you’re in the area and need reliable service with a personal touch, this Boost location is worth a visit.”
“This store is not the closest to my house however, they were to only store that had the phone my son wanted in stock. I went there and worked with Rosevelt and Joanna(manager) and they were so kind and helpful. They were going to stay open until they got our trade in phone issue resolved and Joanna went through options that would be the best price. I have never been to an At&t store where the staff was this friendly.”

“I went to the ATT store in New Berlin to get my husband's phone fixed and to figure out why is was not working with a new Sim card.
Rebecca worked her magic with yet another sim card and was able to reactivate the phone. Alex and Sam were very very helpful as well. They had if fixed and got the phone operational in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!

The other ATT store that we went to to get a new screen replaced we were told they couldn't fix it.
We went to where they told us to.
They could not fix the screen.
So we got a new phone and we didn't like it, so we asked to reactivate the old phone.
We were told to call customer service to have a new Sim card sent, because they do not carry sim cards at that store. We did order a new Sim card, Still nothing.
Went back to the 1st store again and was told we needed a blue 5g Sim card. We got that and nothing again. Was told by the the first store, there is nothing more they can do. The staff at the first ATT store were not helpful at all. Kind of rude at times.
So that is why we went to the ATT store in New Berlin and they told us what we were told at the first ATT store was all wrong. They could have fixed/ reactivate the old phone. We will never go back to the first ATT store.
Our go to ATT store will be the New Berlin store.

“My new friend Scott at my local AT&T store has got to be the most customer oriented service person I have dealt with in 20 years. He patiently worked through a list of over 30 issues that have been piling up for several years with my iPhone and my AT&T service and my inability to get things to work the way I want them to. This guy has the patience of a saint when it comes to working with old folks without any computer skills or abilities. Scott is the best and I thank him so much.”
