3840 S Moorland Rd, New BerlinThe only thing bad about this place is some of the pricing. $2300 to clean my cats teeth and perform a few extractions on infected teeth and $35.00 for a nail trim on my dog.
The vet that I see is very nice, she doesn't push unnecessary vaccines. and is understanding of my holistic approach to caring for my pets even though she's not a holistic vet.
Apparently they were busy in clinic today. I dropped my cat off for bloodwork at 7:30am and didn't get him back until 4pm. When I called for an update I sat on hold for 20 minutes. Ridiculous hold time!

Our cat, Luna, was very sick with multiple conditions that have been well treated for a long time, but it was finally time to say goodbye. Dr. Butler was kind, thoughtful, and honest through this very hard process and decision. I really appreciate the care and compassion he showed to us and to Luna. She was very loved.
