“Nice ppl but if you want smoke accessories then pls go to Amazon or another store that will honor a refund or exchange. It’s basically stealing. They buy in bulk not caring about if their product is in working order. Inflation is insane these days and no one has money to blow. A no refund or exchange or even a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee isn’t enough. If you aren’t willing to give a refund then don’t sell certain Items. No one that works at that store would be ok with buying a product then not being able to return it when something goes wrong after only a couple days.Treat ppl the way you want to be treated. “The owners employees of this place are great people! The service there is always top notch. Falcon one stop is one of the last truly family owned and operated service stations that are out there. You can get gas, buy quick groceries, rent movies, and they even have a little consignment shop. I highly recommend their coffee club.”
