Most are wearing ear buds and don’t even make eye contact with you…but for all the reasons that you go to a grocery store, MM checks them all, great job team!”

“I shouldn't let myself shop here. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, but oof I'm always walking out after paying hefty prices. I'm actually not even sure why their prices are seemingly higher than most other local grocery stores, but they are. Everything else about this spot is great though - the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the mass variety of literally every grocery category you could think of. They also offer plenty of additional brands and options I can't get at other place. In addition to the usual supermarket items, at this Sendik's you'll find an entire home section. Buying a pretty sweater or vase from your grocery store sounds weird, right? But let me tell ya, these are wonderful products. A boutique store/section really. Also a fan of their bakery, deli, and hot places. Such a big variety and everything is always so fresh. I've made a few trips here recently for certain things but it's not somewhere I'd usually do my entire grocery haul.”

“When you're trying to improve your health, buy more organic items and shop less of the mainstream overly processed food, it is best to put yourself in an environment where there is limited temptation. This is the reason I made the Outpost my GO TO grocery store. Fruits and veggies are fresh. I love the varieties of micro greens (zesty is my fave). Whenever I cook using produce from Outpost, my partner notices the quality of the dish. He used to claim that it doesn't make a difference. However, after many delicious home-cooked meals, he can't argue with me! When I don't have time to cook, I love the Meals To Go - the roasted chicken, macaroni and cheese, baguette sandwiches. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. As an owner of the co-op, I like the extra perks. It is definitely worth it! Check it out! Maybe I'll see you there... :)”

I saved today $32.16?they have qtrs legs 10lbs for .65 approximately each and they are huge! 30 for 19.24, crabs and salmon , lg shrimp on sale.?”

Got some polish kielbasa that I can't eat without thinking of the SNL skit - but enjoyed it with class nonetheless. This restaurant has tons of hard to find ethnic foods. “Love having this co-op in the neighborhood. I frequent here so much and love supporting them. Their selection is pretty dang good for being such a small shop, and they have reasonably priced local eggs. The grab and go cooler is so convenient, often have fresh baked goods at the counter, a good bulk selection where I can bring my mason jars in and fill them up, and they always have fresh locally roasted coffee for cheap. Missing the cafe but hoping there’s more and more pop up events!Editing to say I’m not sure why that person below me is so pressed about it costing $120 to join the co-op, it’s literally $20 for the year. Maybe for the lifetime benefits but you don’t have to pay that up front. You don’t have to be a member to shop here either.”

“Finally went in here for the first time and I have to say I wish I would have sooner! They have the most amazing selection of local products I have seen. And don't get me started on the fresh and beautiful produce! I hate getting produce and it goes bad in a few days, but nothing I got from here spoiled quickly. “Prices for some items are very exploitative, but the availability of fresh produce is nice about Pete's. I'm a regular at this place, I'd say 2-6x a month. Lines can be a challenge, but staff step in at an adequate time. Staff really varies. Some are helpful, but some not. Today i had a cashier that just gave blank stares. I asked him questions, made remarks, told him i couldn't hear him even. Weird, probably an additudinal spoiled child of an owner forced to finally work and contribute. I experience this at places I've frequented for many years- they are always bitter and trying to find a way out of it lbvs. But don't overlook Pete's....”

“Wioletta's is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. I love that there is a broad selection: deli meats and cheeses, fresh soups and meals, bakery, pantry staples, fishes, treats and sweets, array of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, gifts and holiday needs, and the cooler/freezer sections have been expanded to fill your dairy, dumpling and pierogi desires, to name just a few! The store is bright and welcoming and they are also active on social media, which is a great way to stay up to date on specials and new additions.”

“A typical busy, no chaotic, Saturday afternoon at the Milwaukee public market hall. The holidays are in full swing here no doubt. Unfazed by the chaos are the wonderful spice experts at this location. Every single employee (and there were several) was attentive and helpful. This is my “go to” source for spices in town and I definitely know my way around their shop. After picking out a few of my usual spices I inquired about any new items. I received a thorough tour of their new offerings and ended up getting a few additions for the kitchen. Another awesome experience thanks to great products and exceptional staff.”

“Great little convenience store in the downtown area with plenty of variety.Here you can find anything and everything needed for lunch, dinner or snacks. Wraps, salads, fresh sushi and sandwiches along with a variety of brands often not found at a regular store. Service here is wonderful. Everyone greets you upon entering and is so nice. The ambiance is casual and warm. They carry liquor, beer and every kind of sports and energy drinks. Tobacco products and general merchandise. I recommend giving this family run business a visit.”

“I switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to Metro Market Pharmacy about 1+ years ago. Metro is so much better! There is usually no wait, once in a while there might be 1 or 2 other people waiting, and it still isn't a long wait. The pharmacist knows my name, is always very nice & friendly, and if there happens to be any problem she takes care of it right away. I have to say I did not experience any of these things at Walgreens, it was the opposite there. I am definitely staying with Metro's pharmacy.”
