“Lori was amazing to work with. She got me a unit right away that fit my needs. Lori also accommodated for a PODS unit to be dropped off to be filled. Everything went very smooth and the locker was spacious and clean. Getting in and out of the facility and getting to my locker was very easy. “Doug was able to get us in on such short notice. He was very kind and quick to respond. I highly recommend using Nelson's Mini Warehouse as you'll be supporting a personal business instead of big companies. The prices are fair and it's very simple to set everything up. I will say, the mosquitos are gnarly so I'd recommend getting some spray or those bracelets to keep them at bay. When we sprayed ourselves down, we had no issues with them as we moved our stuff in.”

“Everyone was very helpful. Storage unit was very clean. Only thing I was concerned with is went i went to the unit someone rode a motorcycle through the building. Kayle was very helpful and got me moved closer to the door . I have neuropathy and my original unit was in the back of the building. Walking distance is hard for me. She relocated my unit close to the door. I can't thank her enough.”
