“I had an amazing experience at this FedEx location thanks to the manager, Jermaine. I came in needing to ship an item but didn’t have a box, and none of the available boxes seemed to fit. Instead of giving up, Jermaine took the time to think through the problem and used his creativity and critical thinking to find a solution. He was able to make a box work perfectly for my item.
On top of that, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to help a customer. “I parked in the fire zone.. ?♂️. Walked up to the door around the corner and under the awning. The is a red button. Press it and wait. Make sure you have the po number or Bol number.They gave me a door and loaded me quick. You will get a green light. I waited for the worker to come out to me then pulled ahead. Strapped the load and THEY seal it and off ya go. Can’t complain at all!! Great place and nice people.”
“I frequently go to this UPS Store, but I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff today. When I was in the parking lot, my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I started to panic because my phone was at 5% and I wasn’t sure what to do. I went inside to ask if I could borrow a charger, and the two employees working around 1 PM were incredibly kind. The girl working immediately let me plug in my phone, gave me tissues, and brought me a chair while I tried to calm down and figure things out. She was so sweet and reassuring when I was clearly stressed. Then the guy working actually came outside and helped jump my car so I could get home. Both of them went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn’t have to. Their kindness really meant a lot in a stressful moment and completely turned my day around. I really hope the owners know how wonderful these two employees are. Thank you both again for being so kind and helpful.”
