“Amazing selection of stuff and great prices. Last time I was in staff forgot to put some DVDs in the cases went in the next day and not only did they fix the issue but apologized profusely. Wasn't necessary but was greatly appreciated”

“This isn’t really a review for TMobile, but a review for this store’s manager Austin (I believe he’s the manager, either way he was working alone the night we went in, so if he’s not the manager TMobile should promote him due to his superior customer service).I’m not sure anyone cares about the details, so let me just say that he went above and beyond to track down a receipt that showed we were owed a particular service, and this was not as easy of a task as it might sound here. Without his diligence and commitment to taking care of us, we would have been either left out of luck, or left paying for something we shouldn’t have. Having had enough experiences with other retailers, we are confident that the vast majority of others would not have gone to the extent he did to help us. It was the end of the night on MLK day, the store was getting ready to close and he could have just said “sorry guys I can’t help you”, but instead he showed us what Quality Customer Service looks like. We will be back and we encourage others to go to this Tmobile as well.”

I usually gravitate towards the food/beverage, makeup, clothing and home decor sections, and I've found that they're rarely out of things that I'm looking for. I will say that the Starbucks inside this one usually takes a very long time...but other than that, good experiences here!”

Russell knows his stuff and was very fast at it. All 3 items are is stock and will be shipped today or tomorrow.(note to Google - they moved to a new location, their telephone number is still the same)”

My phone suddenly stopped working, and I spent hours online with their tech support department, and they gave me the run around, cut me off, and locked up my phone even though my bill was paid. I gave up after five hours and the next day went to Cricket to get a new phone, the whole ordeal with the Clerk trying to get the transfer pin from Trac to get my new service activated with Cricket took 4 hours, and Trac jerked the clerk around. The clerk was there for me the whole time, and got my new service hooked up, activated, a new phone and plan, and no data was lost. Plus, this phone is much faster and has much more features and data space. I appreciate the good service and wish they have a brick and mortar store at a downtown State St. location as well.”

“Unfortunately, by saying that THIS location is by far and above the best brick & mortar, the T-Mobile location isn't truly saying very much. Why, because EVERY SINGLE other T-Mobile store that I have been to in the past couple of years in the Madison, WI area and Champaign, IL area (7 stores in all) has either flat out LIED & misled my family or myself, that I had sworn to never enter another one ever again! I believe the gentleman that assisted me was Charles... a really knowledgeable T-Mobile agent/employee (his co-worker was helpful as well) totally blew me away by having actually educated himself on the many different products that T-Mobile carries.I'm so used to the people in these stores, from my past experiences, they have only known about iPhone products. Not one person I've asked for assistance with what they conned my elderly mother into picking that piece of garbage Pixel 6 phone had the slightest bit of knowledge on the issues that she has been enduring! No one knows anything about it... I even tried several Best Buy locations looking for assistance for her and that idiotic phone. I initially thought that it could be similar to my Galaxy... but no, it's not similar at all.Thank you, Charles!!! Keep up the great job!!! As well as your buddy, sorry I didn't catch his name... he does have a well trimmed beard. That's all I recall about him, though... he warned me about trying to use a charging base that I was thinking of getting from Amazon that could potentially cause my phone to be damaged at the least, or very possibly permanently damaged my battery or blown it up by trying to charge it too fast! “I went in expecting to spend a $100+ for a new charging port. After waiting for him to patiently walk someone through setting up 2-factor authentication over the phone, I was advised to purchase new cable instead. $10 later, everything works fine.This guy is integrity all the way down.Could you go to a national chain and, depending upon the model, maybe get it done for slightly less? Sure. But in my experience, Tech Heroes let Ben Franklin walk out the door because it was the right thing to do. I plan to go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.”
