“We had a really smooth and overall great experience with Alamo—this was our first time using them. Check-in went well, but we weren’t informed that the rental start time is also the exact return time on the drop-off day, which led to some confusion when we returned the car. We ended up getting charged for something we didn’t realize, since we thought we were still within our reserved time.
That said, Ari was amazing in helping us sort everything out. She understood the miscommunication, listened to our concerns, and kindly gave us a one-time exception since we hadn’t been properly informed. From that point on, the drop-off process was super smooth. She was professional, helpful, and very understanding.
Overall, we’d definitely rent from Alamo again next time we’re in Milwaukee. The whole process was easy, straightforward, and way more affordable compared to other rental places we’ve used”

“Stopped here reasonably to see about emissions testing! I was told they started at one o'clock till closing! I was there too early on this day so I decided I would come back well I just happened to drive by today Friday July 27th at one thirty stopped with only two cars ahead of me! “My husband and I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. We had a smell in the car that was addressed promptly. We understand that things can happen and it’s all about how someone addresses that makes the difference. We were treated fairly and the staff was super friendly. Would rent from them in the future.”
“The car was amazing had a issue with a flat tire and roadside assistance when we were out of state took a day to get a new car so kind of put a damper on a lot of things for me but the manager of the store that we rented it from exceeded my expectations and help this out and gave us extra days on the house for the the hassle”
“RanDee was kind, professional, and extremely helpful during my car return at the Brookfield location. This was a one-way rental where I picked up the car at ORD. Unfortunately, the executive at ORD misled me into signing for the Gas Service option by explaining that I would only be charged if I failed to refuel the tank. However, the agreement actually meant I was agreeing to pay an additional $85 for them to refuel the vehicle regardless.
RanDee did her very best to help remove the charge and honestly advised me to be careful with such add-ons, as customers can easily be misled into accepting them. I truly appreciate her support, transparency, and willingness to help resolve the issue.”

“The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, Could use a car wash. Lane assist and backup camera are just a couple of features this Zipcar has to offer.At first the check engine light was on and I was on the phone with Customer Support. After some troubleshooting, which wasn't working, she tried one thing on her end and got the car started remotely! It was honestly pretty impressive.”
“This place was a life saver in my time of need when the transmission on my car went out and I was out of a car for a month until it was finally fixed. Originally I rented from them for a week but my car situation was prolonged and I was able to extend my rental with them for a reasonable price and i had no issues with the car or anything plus the payment options were convenient.”

“I called the roadside assist with budget when I had a piece of plastic hanging below my car and they directed me to come to this location. RanDee said they usually just send people to the airport in this situation because they aren’t equipped to handle maitence at her location but came to look at the car and help and make a determination on what to do with the car. After looking at it she cleared it with her boos to give me one of their cars even though that isn’t standard procedure. She went above and beyond to make the rest of my day productive for my work trip that only has a handful of hours left! I appreciate her so much!”
