He’s been struggling with separation anxiety at home and we thought there was no way he would make it through a full day of daycare. Central Bark made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I received an update during the day that he was doing great and he made it through the day with an awesome report and some great resources and photos to go along with it. They somehow got him to sleep in a crate during the day (a feat we are struggling with so much at home) and he played with other doggy friends for the first time! We can’t thank Central Bark enough for taking care of our little guy and giving us a sense of freedom back so we can go to work and not worry! We are excited to come back!

Monica and her groomers have always been attentive to the visiting pets’ needs and do their best to accommodate the associated humans as well. You can come with a group of friends and enjoy some conversation. I will also say the bartenders are great as they don't rush you and help you with the menu making things pretty seemless. It's a smaller place creating a more intimate setting that allows for great time to catch up with friends or spend time with the special someone. I enjoyed their draft old fashioned as it was better than most old fashioned on draft.

Le Reve Pâtisserie & Café
7610 Harwood Ave, WauwatosaTLDR: Overall, the food, service, and space are all well above average and there were just a few shortcomings that prevented it from being five stars.
The space has all the character you would expect from a building over a century old. The upstairs seating is fairly close together and a bit loud due to all the hard surfaces. First floor seemed quieter and more intimate.
- Onion Soup had plenty of cheese and crouton but the broth had a note of sourness.
- The quantity of cheese on the Croque Madame dominated all other flavors.
- Fries and Breakfast Potatoes were both solid though the potatoes lacked crispness despite being fried.
- Crab Benedict was the star of the table with a slice of tomato so flavorful I almost forgot that it was February in Wisconsin! We asked our server about the farmer and got a line about how they only supply restaurants and we wouldn't be able to get them. That wasn't the point, I just wanted to celebrate this producer and Le Rêve should too.
Other than that the service was prompt, responsive, and polite.
After the check we stopped at the patisserie counter to take away a Feuilletine, Opera Torte, and Chocolate Croissant all of which were fantastic.
On the street parking is available in the neighborhood but be prepared to walk a few blocks.

Nick was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely rent the hall again for other events in the future!

Leff's Lucky Town
7208 W State St, WauwatosaI had been looking forward to checking out Leff’s Lucky Town because it looked like a cool place. And to be fair, it is a pretty cool place. The atmosphere was good and it seems like the kind of spot that could be a fun regular hangout.
Unfortunately, the burger was a letdown. It came out still cool in the middle, and even with the BBQ sauce you could tell there wasn’t much seasoning on the meat. It just lacked the flavor you’d expect from a place that otherwise feels like it takes pride in what it’s doing.
Service was okay overall. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t really want to be there, but a few of the servers were friendly and engaged, which helped balance things out.
I’m willing to give Leff’s another try because the place itself has a lot of potential. Next time, though, I’ll be skipping the burger and trying something else on the menu.
