“My mom and I have had an account at Park Bank and have been going to the University Ave. location for years. We’ve always been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Today I went to the bank to get a new debit card and I was helped by Taylor who is a relationship banker. She was so sweet, so personable and we had a very nice conversation. She was very efficient and helped me with everything I needed. She treated me like a person, not just another account which I really appreciate. I would recommend Park Bank on University in Madison to anyone that’s looking to open a bank account or for whatever banking needs you may have and I would definitely recommend working with Taylor as well.
