“My mom and I have had an account at Park Bank and have been going to the University Ave. location for years. We’ve always been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Today I went to the bank to get a new debit card and I was helped by Taylor who is a relationship banker. She was so sweet, so personable and we had a very nice conversation. She was very efficient and helped me with everything I needed. She treated me like a person, not just another account which I really appreciate. I would recommend Park Bank on University in Madison to anyone that’s looking to open a bank account or for whatever banking needs you may have and I would definitely recommend working with Taylor as well. No notes!”

“My car was totaled by hail and I was completely unprepared to get a new vehicle. I met with Gwen, who was incredibly easy to work with and our conversation lifted so much stress off my shoulders. I found a car I liked that was higher than my pre approval and sent everything over about an hour before they close. Gwen got back to me so quickly to let me know that my loan was approved before the weekend. I couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with someone so professional and helpful during a time like this. Thank you so much.”
