“The lady, I forgot her name but she's a black lady, picked up the car, took a few minutes which surprised me bc I use to have to wait in enterprise for awhile, came back dropped it off and the same lady. She is phenomenal and her customer service is amazing. I will definitely rent at this specific location again and I recommend this place.”

“I was rear ended while sitting at a red light. The responsible party's insurance put me in a rental car while my car was repaired. I chose this Enterprise location because it's only about a minute from the repair shop that was working on my car. The transaction to get the car was very easy. The at fault's insurance paid for everything. I did have to provide a card for a $50 deposit that would be returned to me. The car, a Ford Escape, was clean and drove well. I dropped the car off three days later, which was easy as well. I have no complaints about the service I received.”

“Booked through Costco and found the best rate from Alamo. I arrived at BHM airport and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable attendant. She processed our paperwork in a timely matter. Received a brand new car also!!Had it for 10-12 days. Also the price for Alamo to refill the car was almost .30 cheaper than gas stations in the area. When I returned the car I was greeted by a young man that asked all the right questions and directed us to the check in for our departure.Thank you Alamo for a pleasant car rental experience!”

“My car was ready at the set time, clean, fueled, and had only 5000 miles on it. As a Fastbreak (Budget Rewards program) member, I was a bit surprised that I had to provide my ID for scanning, initial the contract 7 times and sign the contract. Other car rental companies make renting a lot more convenient for their rewards members.In general notes: This rental place does not have a drop box and when you miss closing time, you have to use the budget at the airport, or return at 8 am the next day. Not filling up is charged at $8.99/ gallon. Leaving your car at the rental cost $9 per day.Return was easy.”

“I've been using this parking garage since 2014 and have always had great service! Once you arrive at the garage, you're greeted with a smile, efficient registration, and a spacious & clean shuttle to take you to the airport. Whether you need to depart early (am), mid-afternoon, or late (pm), they can drop off or pickup w/in 5 mins or less! Upon return from your destination, call the no. on your ticket and they pick you up right outside arrivals. I'd highly recommend to anyone!”

“Ignore these previous bad reviews, they have obviously made some drastic changes at this location. I rented a car from the airport location and it was much larger than I wanted for this particular trip. I called this Avis on 1/24/24 around 10:30am. Not only were both of the gentleman working here some of the most positive people I've encountered, but they took care of me despite not having to. The locations are not technically affiliated, but the guys there put me into a car that will better suit my needs on this trip. Also, I still get to return it to the airport so no hassle on me when I leave Birmingham. A thousand thank yous to both of the amazing employees you had on site today. I highly recommend this Avis location!!”

“I ordered a Ford Lightning in another state and moved to alabama. Either their help, I was able to get the order changed. I ended up earlier buying a truck and then mine came in. The sales team and finance team over at Long Lewis was like night and day vs the other dealer I had used. They had to be the best car dealer ship ever. “I just came here to write a positive review and am a bit shocked to see the negative ones. I rented a car at this location twice last month (June 2023). I personally had a great experience both times. I also happened to speak with the same person both times which may have helped. But Gregory was extremely helpful as I tried to rent each time, and I didn't have to wait beyond my initial reservation time. I actually was able to get it 30 minutes EARLY the second time, which was a game changer because I had to get to Atlanta by a certain time. Anyhow, he was also just very helpful, simple, quick, and polite. Before getting in the vehicle he mentioned that it's appreciated if you return the car in the way it was received---vacuumed. I don't know, people get really uptight about having to do basic stuff and maybe that's why there seems to be a common theme in their reviews. If I am ever in Birmingham again, I plan on renting here and would recommend it to anyone. Reasonably priced too since he also gave me a slight discount (the second time), probably for coming in polite and without high, unreasonable expectations. I returned the car the way I received it the first time around without throwing a fit.”
