The Budget desk closed, so I was unable to pick up my rental, but the young man at the Enterprise desk stayed until the last flights got in, even with the delays! He was so helpful and kind, and he set me up with a great rental to help me get home after a long, stressful day of travel!”

“I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! “The lady, I forgot her name but she's a black lady, picked up the car, took a few minutes which surprised me bc I use to have to wait in enterprise for awhile, came back dropped it off and the same lady. She is phenomenal and her customer service is amazing. I will definitely rent at this specific location again and I recommend this place.”

“I want to recognize the manager who was working the booth this morning (I believe her name may have been Kioka). I had an issue with a car I received the previous day and needed to exchange it, as I was leaving town later this afternoon.
She went above and beyond to help me despite the limited inventory she had available. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to work through the situation made a stressful moment much easier, and it did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the level of service she provided.
I highly recommend the Hertz location at Birmingham–Shuttlesworth International Airport based on this experience.”
“I had an issue extended the rental drop off time for my car. I attempted several times online to correct the problem and several more calls but nothing resolved the issue. “I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Mobility Central. I have one of their Mobility chairs and have had it for many years. When I thought it was on its last leg, they took it to their shop and just about rebuilt it so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Laurie Peter, who is the owner, went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied. She got me a chair to replace my chair while mine was being repaired since it was going to require parts that took a long time to come in. I would not hesitate to buy another chair from mobility Central. Their customer service is outstanding. The person they usually send to my house is Ted and he is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this business. They sell quality products and they prioritize customer service (which is the exception these days rather than the rule, with many other businesses).”
