First time customer. Horrible experience. Still have not received my product after 6 weeks. Will never ever use again. Had I checked through reviews before ordering, I would not have been stuck like this now.

They have ruined Ashley’s Furniture USA reputation. Worst customer service and staff. Their delivery people are the worst and they lie about delivering damaged furniture. Their customer service team leads have no customer service skills and only know to cover up for each other.
