“I bought a pair of clearance sandals with the 20% discount sticker and the store was also offering an additional 20% discount on ladies sandals. After getting home I realized they didn’t give me the second 20% discount. Went back today and they fixed it immediately and gave me an additional 10% discount for my trouble. Service like that will keep me as a customer!”
“Customer Service at its best. Diya is exceptional personal and has the quality of serving her customers to the best of her ability. We had bought UGG shoes for my daughter on December 13th , 2025 and on the boxing day when I was browsing the store for deals, I saw the same shoes and could gauge the price drop and the additional 20% discount tag. I reached out to one of the store associates and her response was that two weeks have passed and we cannot do anything, completely wrong. We saw Diya and spoke about the same and asked if we could do the price match, she asked us all the relevant questions and asked her to follow to the cash register. She took my phone number, printed the receipt as we were not carrying with us, looked at the price difference and did the price match for us.
