“It's, So much bigger than what it looks from the outside. The staff is awesome. There's employees everywhere, very professional. They're very knowledgeable. They can order just about anything. They have a beautiful garden center. And they answer their own phone.”
“This ace is the best. Justin went out of his way to get me what I needed without question the best customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered something and had it delivered and then realized that I ordered the wrong thing (total my fault) the delivery guy Tim was so incredibly nice to carry it back down the stairs and return it to the store. Now that’s great customer service🙌😉😊”
“Damn this is the nicest Harbor Freight ever. They have so much more than my local store.
The counter/checkout could use some help. Slow and confused. The store is super nice, super clean. One of the sales associates even went back to the back twice to see if they had two different items that were not on the shelf for me.
My experience was first-rate.”
“This Ace store is very close to my home. Its location saves going to the bigger box store and having to hunt for something in a huge store. It also has good hours of operation.”
“Came into the store just before closing time and was greeted and provided assistance immediately. I needed another brands color matched. The gentleman was able to match the color with my only providing home the name of the color. I was out the door in less than 10min. Thank you.”
“Nicest home Depot I've ever been to. Most home Depot stores I've been to are great, but this was exceptional. I needed a bunch of random things, so I was all over that store, and every time I looked slightly lost I was asked if I needed help. I'm not a helpless person, so I kept saying I could just use a point in the right direction, and they would go out of their way to help.”
“Talk about a place that has everything on hand when you need it ! This is the place to go when you need a specialty part or hardware. Thank you Tim and the team”
“In the construction world, many people will take advantage of you to get more money than they should. These guys are not like that; they will get you what you need and go above and beyond. This has been my experience after visiting this place from time to time over the last six years, showing consistency in their service. I recommend everyone looking for honest advice to rent here. As far as I’m concerned, I will stick to Home Depot for everything I need since the rental guys give such a good impression and are always here to help.”
