I had such a great experience at the Harbor Freight in Cave Creek, AZ! Chad the manager and Jaimie are THE BEST!!!!Jaimie was the first person who greeted us and she helped us all around the store. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. We’re in the middle of a DIY project, and both Jaimie and Chad answered so many questions for us. They are both extremely knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed.

Chad helped us choose the best nail gun and the correct nail sizes for our project—we learned so much from him and really appreciated his expertise.

Jaimie alsoanswered so many questions! She helped us at the register, and during checkout I mentioned I was heading to Tractor Supply for bird seed (which I spend way too much money on). She told me about Producers Pride Scratch Grain and how birds—and other animals—love it, especially for such a great price for a 50 lb bag. I put it out the very next day and had tons of birds show up… and the best surprise was a herd of adorable javelinas! They now come back about every other day. Thanks to Jaimie, my birds and local wildlife have very full tummies ??
