“Made a phone call and Nick answered. He answered all my questions and gave me his cell number. I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Even before going to finance, I had the confidence the vehicle was what I wanted. Finance was excellent, very professional, gave prime examples of what he was speaking to and left nothing unsaid. In my 70 years of life, this was the most honest, caring, and helpful evolution when it comes to purchasing any item. When I need to purchase another vehicle, I will be looking up Nick and KIA Horne dealership.”

“I went in to get specifically an oil change and they said the wait would be about 40 minutes before they could get to me which was fine, there were a couple people ahead of me. After waiting one of the mechanics came up to the counter with my air filters which I had never asked them to change, I denied and he tried to sell me windshield wipers which I also never asked for. Other than that they were pretty nice and got it done quickly, only took about an hour and thirty to forty minutes with 3-4 cars ahead of me”

“After reading negative reviews I feel that I have to respond with a POSITIVE review after having my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL serviced by a family owned automotive repair shop l took it to SANTAN FORD after being told that I should NOT drive the car as it ABSOLUTELY needed a new water pump valve cover gasket and a Major tune up I spoke with Mike the service manager explained my problem he took my Fusion in kept it for 4days provided pressure test temperature test checked for leaks did NOT find Anything wrong $0 charge and a rental car to drive $0 charge That's SERVICE kudos to Mike and everyone at SANTAN FORD for Honesty and no Bull business practices THANKS a Bunch”

“Luis and his team were very kind. I came in for an oil change, they tested my battery and let me know it wasn’t good. They looked to see if it was still under warranty. It was, but for some reason the system stated that I had bought a battery at one Walmart and returned the same battery within 5 months at a different Walmart all the way in central phx - mind you I do not even go that far, and this was done when I was out of town. With all the confusion, Luis and his team helped me out with a new battery! I will only come back the Market location moving forward. Thank you Luis and team, your kindness is greatly appreciated!”
