We were immediately calmed and reassured by Joe met by Jacob whom in turn with customer service helped us find our phone issue . In turn Nina finalized our issue with extreme customer service and finalized not with discount but with reassurance of additional help if needed with specifics to request her if account help needed . All 3 have kept us as at&t customers for awhile.”
