“Best place to buy all the tools you need. Since finding about this place I have bought all my Milwaukee tools from here. Danny provides great service and is super friendly. He will test all the tools in front of you and batteries as well. You can do both online and in person shopping which is super convenient and takes all sorts of payment options.”

“I only went in because they had the Magnolia paints (which are gorgeous, well priced, and good quality by the way!) and I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff is. I even had someone open the door for me on my way in. I’ve gone in three times for paint samples and there is always someone there at the register asking what I need right away. It honestly makes it feel more like a small town store. All the staff has been wonderful and I will be back!”
“I love this place, but had one bad experience on the lumber side.
I asked specifically whether a stack of 1" MDF was the lightweight stuff or normal MDF. The guy working told me it was the normal weight. I bought some, but when I got it home and was breaking it down, I saw the mark on the edge that wasn't visible in the store that specifically said "Ultralight." Since I'd begun cutting it, I didn't feel like I could return it.”

“Our gorgeous new Amazonite countertop had a dark brown fissure that contrasted toomuch with the surrounding stone. I purchased some Lamlock Rocketgel, cut a thin, shallow groove, using a dremel size metal cut-off blade, and filled in the space without adding any color. Now it looks like any of the other veins in the top, and my wife and I are thrilled with the result.”

“went to the Lowe's on Ellsworth in Mesa looking for a ceiling light for the bathroom and lights for around the bathroom mirrors. I wasn't in the light department more than five minutes when Maceo asked me if I needed any help. Not only did he ask questions I never thought to ask when putting those lights up, he also provided me with a visual by taking the light fixture out of the box that we chose and hooking it up to a lightbulb so I can see exactly how the lighting would work and look like. I just wanna send a shout out to him and to Lowe's to let them know what a great sales person they have! Thank you ever so much.”
“Slowly but surely this is coming to be one of my go-to places I'm always price checking stuff to make sure I'm offering the best quality at the lower price for all of my customers one of their competitors tried to sell me something for a little more than double what they sold it to me for and I thought at first because of the price I was getting something cheap and it was not very sturdy built good Construction so with their pricing and their wonderful customer service it's a pleasure to go here”
“We decided to paint the exterior of our house and went into Dunn-Edwards Red Mountain location to look at paint colors for our community. At that time we met with Sam Staring the Professional Color Advisor. Sam was so helpful in explaining how the process worked and the services that she could provide
us. Sam did a rendering of our home with the paint we had selected. It made things so much easier for us to envision. She is truly an asset to Dunn-Edwards Red Mountain location.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got my key made quickly, and other than the shock at the price for getting a key ? copied, it went great. Good selection of paint ? including spray paint. Cashier was very nice. I will shop here again.”
“These guys were phenomenal. I spoke with Dylan and although they didn't have the product I was looking for he found a solution that's working better than our old solution. When I got to the store in the morning the next day Dylan had already written up my ticket and left notes for the morning crew. And although their credit card system was down the morning that I went in the guy's working the front desk were very patient and helpful making sure that I was taking care of. I believe the gentleman's name was Scott that was helping me we had the tanks loaded up in the back of the of my vehicle and when I had to go get cash he had to unload the tanks and then reload them once I got cash. He didn't once seem annoyed by the extra work.”
“They carry prefabricated stairs and rails. Fiberglass over what looks like scrap lumber. Was told just knock out plastic plugs in holes for bolts to put on the rail but some are inaccessible from the back. Hum...”

“I cannot say enough good about these people. Unbeknownst to these people, I am a 100% disabled combat vet. I was met in the parking lot and was led in through a entrance that was clear and able to move my chair through. Once I was in there, even though I am a regular person, (not a business), I was treated with respect and not talked down to even though I did not know what I was talking about, and they helped me through the whole transaction with patience. Even when I was embarrassed, and did not have my wallet with me they did not make fun of me or belittle me. I sure wish more companies would be like Copper State.”
“I tried to get a replacement cover for my pyrex dish but apparently the dimensions were a bit off. So I called to exchange it. The lady was so nice and tried for a couple of days to find the lid based on the pyrex number. However it was not to be. So I was prepared to send the wrong one back but she said don't bother. I will always look to this company 1st when shopping. Very pleasant people to deal with. Rare these days. Thanks again!”

I had a picture as my reference for the color I wanted and Shareen was incredibly patient and helpful in finding a color that matched and made me happy!This is the first time I've ever had to purchase paint without my dad and Devante was awesome at educating me on the different pant finishes and qualities.I know they usually deal with professionals who place big orders so the fact that Shareen and Devante spent nearly and hour with me, knowing I was only buying a single gallon, really shows the quality of these kind people.I WILL be returning because I will NEVER go back to buying cheap off the shelf paint from Home Depot again!”
“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”
