And the young man in there was very friendly humorous, and there was nobody else in the store.Because it was sunday.”

I probably buy a new pair of laces every 6 to 12 months for various footwear. Nice to know that this place carries a broad selection of laces and keeps them both in stock and affordably priced!”
“Great work, wonderful customer service, and very reasonable prices. I got boots resoled and new heels and they used a sole that will last a long time. They cleaned up my boots too which look miles better than they did when I dropped them off. They also shortened a belt for me.Absolutely recommend bringing your things here first to get taken care of. Wonderful experience.”
“This morning I had an appointment in the area of Dana Park and visited this store out of curiosity. I will admit, I'd never heard of this brand. I'm from Alaska and the styles I shop for are a little more outdoorsy. :-) There was 1 service person, her name is Val, and the way she took care of the different people and their needs was like a symphony. It was so Seemless. No matter what she had going on or who she was ringing up, she still helped me find the sizes I needed, advised against items that didn't fit me well, made other suggestions, even mentioned that 1 item I had was redundant and wasn't needed. What customer service person do you know who tells you not to purchase something because it looks too much like an item you already have? She gained my complete trust. Additionally, although the store is typically a little out of my comfort spending, the 40% off deals are on some beautiful items. The clothing from my limited exposure seem to be great quality and wrinkle free. Lastly, the music played during my visit, truly took me back. I went from a stressful medical appointment to the most relaxing shopping experience in quite some time. I was happy to spend money in that store. I felt I got great value in my purchases and above all, curtesy and Respect from Val & Nanette. Let me just say from my heart, shopping while Black isn't always a pleasant experience. Today it was! Thanks Val & Nanette, you ladies Rock!”

The guy primarily helping me (I believe his name was Ariel) was very attentive and gave me great insight into 2 pairs I was looking at. I also heard him helping other clients and he really made it a personal experience for everyone. “The two women working this day were very attentive and helpful. They helped me find my first pair of boots last Saturday. Unfortunately, after one day, they chipped at the toe area of the sole. I was able to go back, and they helped me way beyond what I was expecting. They were patient and made sure the issue was resolved. Topnotch customer service, great selection of boots, clothing, and accessories! Hands down, coming back here and recommend others to stop by. Thank you for a great experience.”
