“Living at Cortland at Raven has been a blast so far. The leasing process was easy, convenient, and fast. Management is extremely kind, attentive, and willing to solve any issues that may arise. Upon moving in, the unit was extremely clean and appeared just as it did in the virtual tours. The amenities, trash valet, and gated community make the pricing more than worth it. We feel safe living here and love the close commute to many areas of the Valley. I highly recommend living at Cortland at Raven!”

“They invited me to cover an event they hosted for their tenants, and I have to say, it was a great experience. I took photos of all the residents, and it was really nice to see an apartment community that puts effort into creating fun activities for their tenants.
It’s rare to see apartments doing events like this to build community and keep residents happy. The turnout was solid, and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
Big thanks to the apartment team for bringing me in. I wish more places followed their example and focused on building a real sense of community like this.”
“The Ryan is a fantastic place to live. What perhaps makes it most fantastic (besides the incredible location and roof views) is the staff that works there.
One person to who made my experience so highly rated is Alec - he has helped set us up from move in through misplaced keys and reserving common space up until eventual move out

“moved in last month. Leah in the front is great and funny! all friendly neighbors so far, and property is quiet. the property is maintained really good. my favorite thing is my patio facing the back grass area. Its calm back here and its nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. landscapers stopped coming on the weekend and now started working later in the day. i appreciate that cause I can sleep in more lol. very happy so far”
“Living at Roosevelt Square Apartments has been wonderful. The community is well maintained, with clean common areas and thoughtful landscaping that makes the property feel welcoming every time I come home. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, which creates such a comfortable atmosphere.
The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly—they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives me peace of mind. April was fantastic during my tour and move-in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.”
“First of all i would like to thank broadstone for letting us stay here for a half a year. Coming next year I'll be leaving but to find another broadstone in San Antonio. I would like to still be here and stay in my home i love it here. It's been very quite and peaceful no homeless, and we're finally secured.

“When I called in to get information I was able to speak to Theresa who was very helpful and invited me in for a tour. Since I lost my ID I wasn’t able to tour when I stopped by, Theresa was able to provide more information and she showed me pictures off her computer. She gave me all the information I needed so ex can apply as my co-signor. From the office view I was able to see some of the property and the front pool. It was very clean and inviting. I look forward to my return next week to tour! Thank you Theresa for your patience.”

“I want to start by saying these 5 stars are not lightly given.
I am a woman who lives alone and have had some apartment horror stories. The place I was at before this was AWFUL. I felt beyond unsafe to where I couldn’t live there the last 4 months I paid rent. Ended in many police reports and lawyers involved. I was stalked and followed by my neighbor who would cover my ring camera in tape while I’d be home. Would follow me while walking my dog and video tape me. With that being said, I took my time searching for a place that I knew I’d feel safe in.
As I’ve toured 10 places and haven’t found anything great, driving home (my moms home while I paid rent for my old place) one night the 101 was closed so I had to detour. I passed by ridge gate and thought they looked nice, nice area, looked kept up, ect. I wrote it down in my notes. I ended up touring 3 times, and stalked your reviews to make sure nothing is deleted. Not only have you guys had one of the highest apartment ratings I can afford but it has proved authentic and genuine. The ladies up front are always friendly, the application and move in process was a BREEZE. The apartment is everything I could ask for. You guys have no idea how relieving it is to finally feel safe walking my dog, parking my car, ect. On top of it all, the gym is awesome, pool is beautiful, landscaping is beautiful and very well kept up, plenty of parking, the gates always work (if they don’t are instantly fixed), maintenance is amazing and you can schedule appointments since I have a dog, it’s a smoke free complex so doesn’t stink, the dog poop gets picked up so it doesn’t stink, ect.
You guys have exceeded my expectations and I seriously can’t be more thankful. I plan on being here for quite some time <3”

“I have lived here for a year and half and can’t complain about anything. Yes…there are things they can be improved but for the price of rent and the friendliness of staff, maintenance, and fellow residents this place is great. The management office throws out contests and fun stuff for everyone. Their communications about everything that you need to know is great as well!

“I actually came in to see Linear and was able to also tour the sister property across the street- iLuminate. Both beautiful properties. Christian was awesome and I didn’t grab her name but the assistant manager at Linear was very helpful also. Pretty sure I found my new home in the beautiful downtown area.”
“The first night of our move-in was a bit rocky to say the least. Our keyless entry-pad battery was at 1%, which my husband noticed 4 weeks previously and requested it be changed so that we would be able to move in immediately after our 12-hour flight from our Merida, Mexico home on a Sunday…mostly everything is closed on Sunday, especially at 11:00 onward. We also didn’t know the emergency numbers and the line was supposed to prompt us for that but it never did. So we sat outside of our apartment door for 4 hours until THANKFULLY my super smart and handy husband looked closely at the door and realized that he could use a 9-volt battery to “charge” the pad long enough for our code to be punched in. ?? So we FINALLY gained entry, hauled our stuff in and got a few hours of sleep. The next morning when we spoke with Marianna and Christian, they were very apologetic and more than made amends for the oversight and inconvenience. A couple of days later, there was a false fire alarm, and I had the chance to speak with a resident who has been living here for 5 years. He said it’s always quiet and that new restaurants and things to do are always popping up, that’s a major plus for us. So far, we haven’t heard any residents blaring music or slamming doors or crazy arguments, the building is kept up, the carpets look clean and aren’t torn, management and the maintenance crew is GREAT…all in all, we’re happy so far and we truly hope it continues this way on the next part of our life adventures.”

“I love living at the Stewart! Despite having some AC issues, I'm just glad the staff worked hard to get it back on in a few hours. Obviously no one wants that to happen but I appreciate the staff working hard and sending out emails every hour to keep us updated. Enjoy living here and the years to come! :)”

“Have been here over 10 years and love it. Perfect location near shopping, public transportation and the freeways. The apartments are large with HUGE amounts of storage, high ceilings, and some apartments have attached garages which is great security and convenience for seniors. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and the buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained.”

“I lived here from January 2024-2025 and didn’t realize how truly incredible it was until leaving. I never had a single maintence request, I didn’t have any noise complaints, the pool and amenities were clean. I didn’t have hidden fees, and management and maintenance were a dream.

“Great experience in the last couple of weeks living here. Fun activities hosted by management like movies by the pool and live music. The maintenance team is great! Quick response to any requests. On Wednesday after work the maintenance team member came to fix my A/C after-hours and stayed on the property an extra hour just to confirm the temperature in the apartment was going down ?? High-fives for everyone!”
