He showed me all the cars in my range, which was a decent few, never tried to go over and didn’t show me things I stated I didn’t want. 10/10 on that one! It took me a while to get everything sorted out for getting a car, I have two jobs and a busy life but they were so patient and didn’t push me to come in at times I couldn’t and didn’t rush anything which made me a lot more comfortable. I ended up getting something right in my price range and a decent payment and I couldn’t be happier thank you guys so much you helped me solve a lot of problems!”

“Made a phone call and Nick answered. He answered all my questions and gave me his cell number. I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Even before going to finance, I had the confidence the vehicle was what I wanted. Finance was excellent, very professional, gave prime examples of what he was speaking to and left nothing unsaid. In my 70 years of life, this was the most honest, caring, and helpful evolution when it comes to purchasing any item. “Dropped off Jeep for window regulator replacement, little confusion on repair estimated time ended up they needed to keep the Jeep overnight and said it would be done by 9:00 am and it was. They provided a Lyft ride home and back the next day for pickup. $100 detectable for my forever warranty which is better than me replacing it. Seems window regulator problems are common. Appointment was approximately a week out after I called but it was all painless, 7:00 am drop off thought they would have donuts but I guess they quit doing that. Aaron was my service rep and kept me informed. Glad I had a warranty since it was my second regulator in a little over a year, although my deductible for the first one wax only $50 it was still worth the $100 deductible for this one.”
“It was great dealing with Mr Estes, traded in my Nissan and he gave me a fair price and the transaction was quick with no games.
When I need another car if he has what I am looking for I will be there fast, never have had a experience like this on a used car lot EVER!

He found me a slightly used one saving me a small fortune and installed it in a timely manner. They were honest and more than fair with the pricing. I will never go to the Ford dealership for car service again as they wanted me to wait 3 weeks in the dead of summer and it was going to cost 3X what Everyday charged me.”

“After reading negative reviews I feel that I have to respond with a POSITIVE review after having my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL serviced by a family owned automotive repair shop l took it to SANTAN FORD after being told that I should NOT drive the car as it ABSOLUTELY needed a new water pump valve cover gasket and a Major tune up I spoke with Mike the service manager explained my problem he took my Fusion in kept it for 4days provided pressure test temperature test checked for leaks did NOT find Anything wrong $0 charge and a rental car to drive $0 charge That's SERVICE kudos to Mike and everyone at SANTAN FORD for Honesty and no Bull business practices THANKS a Bunch”
