I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Even before going to finance, I had the confidence the vehicle was what I wanted. Finance was excellent, very professional, gave prime examples of what he was speaking to and left nothing unsaid. They put dye in my AC to see where the leak is so we can get that fixed asap but while they were looking into that they also found a crack in my radiator and gave me a quote so I could prepare for that. I’m so grateful for the time and care they took explaining everything to me throughly, as a single mom it’s so important to me that I have quality places I can trust. I will most definitely be back.”

“After reading negative reviews I feel that I have to respond with a POSITIVE review after having my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL serviced by a family owned automotive repair shop l took it to SANTAN FORD after being told that I should NOT drive the car as it ABSOLUTELY needed a new water pump valve cover gasket and a Major tune up I spoke with Mike the service manager explained my problem he took my Fusion in kept it for 4days provided pressure test temperature test checked for leaks did NOT find Anything wrong $0 charge and a rental car to drive $0 charge That's SERVICE kudos to Mike and everyone at SANTAN FORD for Honesty and no Bull business practices THANKS a Bunch”
“The mobile service offered at Santan Ford is the best thing since sliced bread. They are able to come to my location to service my F350 6.7 and perform most major services including oil and fluid changes, filters, tire rotation and even the recalls that were needing to be done. I found this dealer and service because I was exhausted dealing with Autonation which I do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle from Scottsdale down to Santan one time and they explained the mobile service option and I have been using it every since. Manny the tech was so professional and the rest of the staff. Save yourself the time of driving to the dealership or any other auto service center. Use this service”
