“Rio Verde Wireless gave my wife and I incredible service beyond installation. We do quite a bit of Zoom calls and we were experiencing slow transmission in video and data. I reached out to Rio Verde and Chris walked us through the steps to find connection, which eventually led to him pulling up report finding that my wife's computer was pulling more data. Rio Verde doubled the upload but the problem persisted. Rio Verde was persistent to find problem and found the computer had a glitch. Once the the computer issue was resolved - a couple days later - all things were good. Bottom line, without the expertise of Rio Verde's technology this problem would've continued. Our previous providers would've sent a tech out and they would've scrambled finding nothing. Rio Verde did all the right moves to keep us working the way we need to.”
