“Not really liking the new layout and merchandising strategy. We have been successfully shopping here for years and was totally disappointed in our visits this week.
It's still a nice place with a lot of product, especially if you're doing epoxy stuff from the looks of the shelves.
And they have always done a great job with custom cuts etc”

“This review is a heads up for anyone going here to drop off lithium batteries. A worker informed me they no longer accept these. They are still listed on the Chandler website as a drop off location but that isn't accurate. You can take lithium batteries to Batteries Plus just up the street on Dobson and Elliot for recycling. It's free unless the battery is bloated in which case they charge a $15 fee.”

“Dang! How did I forget about Ace Hardware. Unlike the mega hardware stores, they have what I need. Ace doesn't have appliances or flooring and décor, but they have tools and hardware. I've walked miles in the mega stores and not found what I need. Ace had it all along and was closer and it only took 3 minutes to find. How is it that the massive big-box stores have so much less selection?”
“Great selection. The employees are highly cooperative and ready to offer their expertise when necessary. They have a diverse selection of merchandise, catering to most woodworkers’ needs, whether it be tools or other products. The working hours are also excellent, mostly. I purchased some stunning spalted maple for one of my woodworking projects a few months back. It was exactly what I needed and while a bit more expensive than most other places, it had more “figure” in the wood and provided a better look than I could get anywhere else. I also like their vast selection if finishing supplies. They offer me more finishing options than I can get at any of the “big box” stores. The same holds true for specialty hardware options as well.”

“There are just not enough stars to give for the excellent customer service that I was given yesterday at this location! I had forgotten to keep the receipt of the color for 6 cans of paint that I had purchased in April. The Staff Member took the time to research their register to find the transaction.... After several minutes of not finding that record, I was ready to give up BUT she then went to the mixing station and review the records and located my color! This type of customer service is just not something that you see these days! Thank you for taking the time to help me WITH MY ERROR! Now my colors match and things will stay clean, fresh and beautiful! Thank you so much!!”
“About a month ago I stole a rat from the garden section at this home depot and took it home to be my pet as I was quite lonely I named him Bobo and even got him a collar we go on walks and every so often I take him back to his original home and let him run free in the jungle of the home depot garden I feel such sadness though when I encounter the rat traps they're so inhumane please if you see a rat bring it home to be your best friend”
“I do a lot of drywall work and I have been having trouble with paint matches. The guy that helped me at the register was filled with knowledge and has saved me so much time in the future. I could not be more grateful. I forgot his name unfortunately but he was working the register at 12:30 the day of this review. I’m thrilled I had ran into him today.”

“We've only had good to great customer service here and when we had questions on how to fix somethings or what to try in our attempts at home improvement, we always got some good to excellent ideas. We particularly like the garden center staff who are very nice and patient. Mindy in cabinets area was very nice and helped answered some things that were not in her dept. Another gentleman who worked in appliance, though, was quite unable to help me answer something that he just said was not in his area, but he did refer me to someone at the Pro desk who tried to help, but was not the nicest about it even though he gave some thoughts to it and some observations, but then he quickly got impatient when I asked a couple follow-up questions to better understand how to fix that patio cover's underside/ceiling. Best customer service goes to the paint dept's staff person, I don't recall his name, but he guided us all the way to the weather stripping area to show us where things are that we were looking for instead of just saying it's on Aisle ## and he also explained how to ready paint codes to me (Base A B C, etc.) in a simple way (there's more to it, that I'll just have to take time to read up on). He even helped us look into getting some mechanical parts for some window blinds that are malfunctioning, although Lowe's doesn't carry those parts. He made sure all of our questions were answered before he left us to figure things out. Kudos to him and our appreciations!
Finally, I found some great values in their large clearance section at one end of the store and also found a few other little sections of clearance items in (what seems to me to be) random parts of the store. Overall, this is a good store, and most of the staff are quite nice and helpful. We got what we needed and the prices were reasonable to excellent (b/c of the mark-downs in clearance).”
“Plenty of parking outside, with accessible spots. There are plants outdoors, and there's an entrance from the street, or you can walk in from Home Depot and there's another side entrance by the far right. The garden was well-maintained and they have a nice selection of poinsettia for the holidays. They also had fertilizers, soil, etc. As you walk further in, they had other plant variety as well, accompanied by helpful signs. Everything was easy to find.”

Helanna worked with me to select a color palette for my interior and exterior. This service was well worth the cost. Helanna and I met in store once and twice at my home. She put together several variations of color and listened to my desires. The service came with paint samples to try on the interior and exterior. I felt very informed when I made my decision. Working with Helanna was a pleasure. I highly recommend Helanna and the service Dunn Edwards provides!”

“This wonderful place is filled with knowledgeable folks. Came in for some lights, door knobs, and kitchen hood. It’s spacious, has a lot of variety and the bar codes are in line with the product so there’s no confusion on cost.
They don’t carry enough sun blocking screens.”

to wander and burn off energy often. Staff are always kind to us. If they dont recognize us, they recommend the monthly kids event. The store is always neat and organized. There are 3 Home Depot stores near my house, and this one is mine and my kiddos' favorite.”

“Good local hardware store that carries a lot of supplies specific to the houses in the immediate area. Prices are little higher than the 2 box stores but easier to find stuff too. They also make replacement window bud screens for exterior. Reasonable on prices for that as well, in my opinion.”
