I called a couple other shops and they kept telling me the same thing so I just went ahead and bought the stock ones and went back to them because of their customer service..”

“After having all shocks and struts replaced and leaving the parking lot the transmission shaft gear casting shear off. Iconic Goodyear in Mesa, AZ fixed the transmission in three hours, contacted my extended warranty company who paid for the repair less the $100 deductible and the manager paid my deductible for the inconvenience I incurred. How much more can I praise this company.”
“Made a phone call and Nick answered. He answered all my questions and gave me his cell number. I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. So I called the closest SDA and Russ got me in and my new battery installed in less than 20 minutes!!”

Issue - Toyota stopped production of OEM tank
Fix - Nathan and his office team found a tank. Got it inspected, had to fix the tank and fitted it to me.
What could have costed a good amount if I had gone anywhere was fixed economically.
He also took care of full inspection and fixed the water pump belt, filters, brake fluid replacement and ATR oil replacement.
Now a 200k is like running like new and I can pump a full tank gas and can drive non stop for atleast 275 to 300 miles easy.
He is a man of few words and his actions are louder than his words.

“I went in to get specifically an oil change and they said the wait would be about 40 minutes before they could get to me which was fine, there were a couple people ahead of me. After waiting one of the mechanics came up to the counter with my air filters which I had never asked them to change, I denied and he tried to sell me windshield wipers which I also never asked for. Other than that they were pretty nice and got it done quickly, only took about an hour and thirty to forty minutes with 3-4 cars ahead of me”

“Great place I went in for a transmission fluid change when I went to drop the car off they asked what was wrong with the Honda I said lack of acceleration... I also said the number one thing you shouldn't say to a mechanic and that is I don't know anything about cars... Knowing this they could have invented 6 problems to fix instead they said let's look at the car before charging you a lot of cash for something you may not need so it came back as an even cheaper fix so I saved money today and got it fixed right the first time couldn't be happier. The car still needs motor mounts and more work but I will definitely be taking it back for all my repairs Wayne is super helpful”
