“I love this appartment so much! As an international student from Europe, after contacting with several leasing agents from several appartments in Tempe, i got to say that Stephanie really made the difference in my choice! After a 5 minute call I had all my doubts clarified and I had chosen this apartment with no hesitation! The appartment was cleaned, well maintained besides its old age, spacious, calm area, amazing facilities. I couldn't be happier!”
“Have lived here for greater than 3 months now, was worried about amenities and managements handling of problems but they are good.
Apartment complex is cleaned regularly, hallways always bright and smell nice, and maintenance team is superb. They respond to maintenance requests right away.
Despite proximity to airport, Scottsdale road, and ASU. The noise is very manageable and not overbearing even on weekends.
Specifically Pam and Juan in the leasing office are very helpful. Anything from helping to sign a lease to taking care of issues in your apartment they go above and beyond and bring the “luxury” when living in this complex.

“I had the pleasure of touring this apartment, and I was thoroughly impressed. The layout is spacious, the finishes are modern and are outstanding, especially the pool area!! I also appreciated how clean and well- maintained everything was. The neighborhood seems quiet and convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The office manager Whitney was exceptional! She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She definitely put me at ease, as the moving process is very overwhelming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I am seriously considering making this my next home!”

“Our drier was old and broke down multiple times but Donny did a great job fixing and then replacing the dryer as soon as the new one was available. Maintenance is always quick here”

The property is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake, and is situated right next to the watermark area, my favorite little cluster of shops and restaurants, but the best part is the management. Errin is such a great property manager! Super friendly, patient and great to work with. Likewise with Brad, the maintenance supervisor. Always helpful, and very friendly. 5/5!”

“I absolutely love living here. I’ve been here since 07/22 and just renewed for another 1.5 years and that’s due to the amazing staff and amenities. Plus I am comfortable, and have never had any issues. This is my home sweet home. It fits me and the people I’ve come across while living here are super friendly.And again like I said the amenities are a definite plus. We have a nice big sparkling pool, an awesome workout center and an office room and so much more. Those are just my faves but all in all I’d definitely recommend to my family and friends. If you are looking for something in beautiful Tempe where you can feel and secure, studio 710 has you covered. Come check them out?”

“It’s been really nice so far… clean and updated apartment with accommodations for bigger families or more than enough room for a single person. It’s really quiet and there are no unsheltered persons around the building or nearby. I also like that I am very close to so many shops and restaurants, on a bus route, right off of the expressway and weirdly I don’t hear any outside noise in my place. I will be extending my stay indefinitely. FYI… I’m on the top floor and it’s still convenient whether using the stairs or elevator.”
“Amazing tour! The staff was really welcoming, the property looked clean, and the unit layout was really nice. Our tour guide Braedon explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. This space was a great option and the community felt safe. Close to asu campus and solid option if you’re apartment hunting!”
“Mercury on Mills is Great. The staff is awesome. I haven’t had any issues here since I’ve moved down here. They gave me my first apartment since I’ve moved out of California. Thank you so much for giving me a chance and showing me great respect. They have been very understanding since I’ve been here and they worked with me. I moved out of California because I couldn’t find a place to live and living in my car and me not being able to have a place that I can call my home. Now that they have me a chance it feels good not to be homeless. Thank you so much much to mercury on mills apartments and great staff that is doing there best. Thank you so much.”

“I've lived at this property for over 3 yrs and haven't been happier. Found this place when prices were high for renters and love my apt model and property amenities. Anytime, I have an issue I reach out to one of the managers and it gets taken care off immediately. Rob Boyle has been especially great with any issues I've had. Great communication on all ends from the front office.”

“I dont really post google reviews but i guess this earned my time to make one. We processed everything online and just depended on the photos and google reviews from other tenants so we decided to make it a go on this apartment complex. After a week of long drive going to our unit we didnt expect what we saw and instead of moving on that day we reported it back to the management that we cannot sleep in the unit that they gave us. I really appreciated what deborah and dianah did for us that day and they arranged everything for us including the hotel to sleep for the night and a dinner gift card plus they offered us a new unit where we moved in the next day. They had been professional enough to handle those type of situation and we are so grateful for all the help they offered us. I have attached photos of the new unit for others who are searching apartments and were not able to see it personally.”

Maintenance is always quick to respond whenever I need something fixed, and the front office staff has been friendly and helpful since day one. I also like that it’s close to the freeway, so getting around Tempe or even into Phoenix is really convenient.”

“it’s a good place to live if it’s your first time living away from your parents. with that being said you pay for what you get. the community is amazing and the staff are relatively helpful. the only downside is that it’s a bit outdated. they really need to update some of the appliances as well as do a better job cleaning after each tenant leaves. I would also recommend they remove all the carpet they have installed because it has some noticeable wear n tear. i did resign my lease for next year so its worth it in my opinion.”
