It was all very quick and easy, it did take long but that was bc we were getting multiple items. He was very nice about everything and explained very throughly. 10/10 would come here again to upgrade my phone in the future.

I replaced my physical SIM card with an esim within 5 minutes. Nick did this so quick and my phone no longer says “no sim” anymore. Thanks, nick!
