In comparison to two other businesses I visited, Trail Appliances had the best price and best overall costumer service on the washer and dryer I was looking for.
Salesperson, Preet, was knowledgeable on the products I was looking for. He was also patient, courteous, a good listener, and there was no pressure to buy. Trail Appliances delivered my washer and dryer tower promptly and professionally too.
I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them to others.”

“the delivery of our new LG oven was perfect! we were kept informed the day before delivery and in the hours leading up to the delivery! the guys removed our old oven and unpacked the new oven. all we had to do was remove the protective tape and plug it in. they were very friendly and happy to be delivering our oven!”

“super happy with the service i received !! was surprised by the affordability. took my miele in after the motor died, it got diagnosed and the part was ordered. i paid for the part itself and the labour only cost $35. vacuum works great. would definitely recommend.
my only note is that you may have to do some follow up calls to know if/when he’s done fixing but was very easy to get ahold of.”

“Excellent service from Rupinder - he's responsive and offered a great deal for our washer dryer. He also answered my many many questions all throughout the night via text. On top of that, the delivery and installation team was fast and top notch. From the day we first talked to Rupinder to the day everything was installed took a matter of ~1 business day. We finalized the purchase on Friday ~5PM and it was installed by Monday ~630PM. Highly highly recommend!”

“I went to find a 99% isopropyl alcohol electronic cleaner for a birthday present and I entered the computer electronics section and asked the staff about it.
He was very kind and even though he did not have what I was looking for, he offered me other options available like wipes and he even told me I could try checking in Canada Computers kindly even saying there was one nearby. ❤️❤️✨

“London Drugs in Burnaby's Lougheed mall has been a delightful shopping store and pharmacy in the area for decades. Friendly staff and great place to find seasonal and weekly specials. Convenient free parking with handicap parking spaces and easily accessible entrance through the mall.”
“This is one of the busiest Costco in lower mainland. At the time of the review (Dec, 2020) there are some faster check out options for smaller purchases and paying with credit cards. Even though some people weren’t very good at keeping personal distances but everyone wears a mask right now for covid19. Overall a good Costco to shop at, just like most other Costco stores”

“I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription and they were very helpful and gave a lot of information.
I will say though be careful of thieves. I got a prescription and when I later opened it, there was nothing (just the instructions which made me think something was inside). I had to go back. Thankfully the employee working the self check out recognized me and helped me out. Next time I’ll be sure to save the receipt and open the box right after paying to check. Hopefully they set up more safety measures for the medication on the shelves.”
“My wife and I dropped in to take our newborn's (2 weeks old) Canadian passport photos. Narges at London Drugs' Photo Imaging Centre was extremely patient, caring, and went above and beyond in making sure that our baby was comfortable while also getting a photo for us efficiently! Would highly recommend to other parents!”
