12516 Harris Rd, Pitt MeadowsI brought my cat in, she hadn’t been groomed in quite some time and had quite a few mats. Shes a ragdoll so has LOTS of long fur.
All other groomers have always just done a lions cut when the matting was too much so I assumed that would be the case and told the team at Ola it would be okay if they had to do a lion cut.
To my surprise I came back to a fully groomed cat, just her undercoat was gone. I’m so happy she got to keep her long beautiful coat!

19227 Lougheed Hwy., Pitt MeadowsI've been going with my dog since she was a puppy, and this clinic really is the best. From the veterinarian who's super friendly and kind to the staff who are also just as kind and helpful.
Recently my dog caught something (vomiting/diarrhea/heavy breathing) and had to go to an overnight animal hospital. Next day, I forwarded all the results to this clinic and the staff helped me through it, reserve an appointment in case my dog gets worse and explained another blood test may not be necessary. This clinic helped bring down my anxiety by explaining everything, and not push exams/tests that may not be needed. I would pay whatever to make sure my dog was ok, but I really really appreciated the help and honesty from the staff of this clinic. The veterinarian is also nice and thoughtful and never push anything unnecessary.

19024 McQuarrie Rd, Pitt MeadowsMy dog Goose absolutely LOVES these agility classes!! Their approach is super positive and really helps build confidence in the dogs. It’s also been really great for Goose to learn to focus around other dogs. When we first started our classes we had just gotten her from the shelter and she was not confident around strangers (humans or dogs) and now she’s running around off leash focused on the next task! We’re not looking to compete or anything but it’s really cool to see how much Goose enjoys herself here, she gets so excited when we pull in the driveway. I also love that there are all kinds of different dog breeds and personalities and the instructor finds ways to make it fun for every dog. I would definitely recommend these classes!
