“I had an exceptional experience at UPS Store #38 thanks to Chandan. I needed business cards printed quickly for an event, and Chandan went out of his way to ensure I received them in time. He even arranged for them to be shipped to a store closer to me for easier pickup.
Although the first batch didn't print as expected due to my design error (it was my first time using their service), Chandan offered to work with me to redesign and reprint them. His expertise and assistance were invaluable, and we created a final design that printed beautifully. He again shipped them to the closer store for my convenience.
I'm extremely pleased with the result and the outstanding customer service. Chandan's dedication and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer every step of the way. I highly recommend contacting the UPS Store #38 for your business services and printing needs.”

“This place doesn't deserve 0 star. I missed my delivery two times by mistake of courier man. I don't know why he is in so much rush. He doesn't care to deliver the item but care about stick the paper on the door. I was at home and specially waiting for door bell. At 10.10am I got a msg that I missed my package at 10.07am..how it is possible that I was dumb and deaf for three minutes..OMG it's ridiculous. I don't want any service with them.. 0000000”

“I didn’t have a bad experience in here at all. I mean ground FedEx didn’t deliver my super heavy package and now I have to pick up myself sucks. If there’s a place I can give them rating, it would be 0 stars.But as for people working in the centre, they are quite friendly, even offered to use a cart to drag my package to parking for me because it is heavy. I didn’t wait in a long line either on a rainy/snowy Saturday morning (11 something in the morning)”

“So impressed with this UPS store. The customer service was fantastic , they definitely went the extra mile. We had an issue after the package left the store. No fault of theirs. I spent hours on the phone dealing with the 1800 line . No luck there , so decided to call this store to see if they could help. They were excellent, they fixed the problem and I was so grateful.
