“I live close by and have always loved shopping at London Drugs stores in general but just wanted to leave a review here because I was served by a someone named Prince S. on Black Friday. I didn’t get a super good look at their name tag so, I’m not 100% sure if I have their name right, but they were so delightful! There was always a smile on their face but they never came off as disingenuous. They seemed like a genuinely kind person doing a great job at work while also wanting to provide excellent customer service. Shout out to Prince!!”

“A surprisingly pleasant experience. The item I wanted was only available as a demo at this store and wasn't available online but they arranged for one from another store in short time (it also arrived when they said it would). It seemed a team effort, I dealt with 4 different people but I was never 'dumped' on someone else, they just brought in help/expertise as needed and there were no big delays waiting for responses. Surprising nowadays.”

“It's Best Buy the one thing I can say though is that everybody has strong English skills and understands their Department and that's really important. For example if you go to Canadian Tire a lot of people that don't have strong English skills I don't understand their Department if they're even in their Department. If I'm looking for electronics I usually go to Best Buy especially for video games. I have to say I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here I'm going to have to get five stars considering how many times I've been there. I'd like to see a slightly better quality of employee but all in all it's good enough they get a pass and they're still in business in these tough times and they have a great selection and I bought quite a few laptops there actually. Now that I think about it if you're going to buy a laptop they do have some very good qualified staff in the computer Department like I went in there 10 minutes to closing the last time for a Christmas present laptop and within 10 minutes I had everything I wanted at the price I wanted for an i5 processor high quality Acer laptop for like just under $700 and they were so good they even got me to buy the extended warranty which I never do if they got some good stuff there I have to admit”

“I bought an A129 Plus Duo. The rear camera and front-to-rear cable had issues. BlackboxMyCar (Michael/tech) was great on communications re: the problem and they got replacements out asap. The camera pictures looked good on tests. I am going to install it this weekend.”
