“Love our new Murphy bed! Shipping was fast considering how large an item it was and the size of the crate. Speaking of the crate, it was expertly packed (I used to build crates in a warehouse). It is an involved process, so you need to be competent builder to do this yourself. I was able to complete the entire process by myself so I can be done by 1 person although the manual suggests having help. READ THE MANUAL! This is a project that needs you to pay attention to the manual, trust me. Overall, it turned out to work exactly what we wanted.”

“True old-world skills and craftsmanship. We have had a number of furniture pieces lovingly restored as well as some custom work. We've had 5 pieces restored there so far.We had an antique sideboard that we delivered to them in pieces (and some pieces missing) they put the whole unit back together, custom fabricating missing bits and brought it back like it was new. Truly miraculous”

“Purchased a sofa from them after visiting the factory over 5 years ago. The sofa has held up extremely well and because we got to custom select the material the cats have not been able to scratch it at all! We had an issue with the feather back pillows a few years after owning it and the warranty process was super easy to deal with. I highly recommend Van Gogh for their exceptional quality and service!”
“I just had the best customer service with this company. Highly recommend them. We got my mother’s older Novo tech bed system, which she needs when she stays with us. The remote stopped working unfortunately but it is over 10 years old. We reached out to the company to see if there was anything we could do to get it up and working again. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Everyone we dealt with including the Assistant manager who we originally talked to. Dana who helped coordinate everything and made sure the problem was dealt with. They sent Steve, a representative out to our house free of charge to help figure out the problem. The remote ended up needing to be replaced and one of the wires re-routed. Steve replaced the remote and fixed everything no charge for us. Thank you all so much again for your help. For the wonderful service we received alone, I would highly recommend this business.”
