“Exceeded expectations.
As a first time user of LTL (less than a load) the team at Paige Logistics Ltd walked me through the process including a reminder to always photograph my skids ON the truck etc. Stacking the skid was made easy with a friend familiar with this type of shipping, ensuring the skid was balanced, covered with heavy plastic across the top, then stretch wrapped and secure in the event of weather etc.
Everyone at Paige Logistics and at the warehouse were professional and prompt with timely communication, and clear and competitive pricing. Very appreciated was that they were understanding when my trip was delayed for pickup.
The skids (easily found near my storage locker) primarily contained items that didn't fit into the shipping container from Ontario to BC. Tools, family photos, books, kitchen supplies and more tools were in the totes and random suitcase. Same size containers are the key!
The process was easier than imagined and is a cost-effective way to ship household goods and possessions across our vast country. I'm happy to recommend Paige Logistics and wish I had used them earlier!”

“This place doesn't deserve 0 star. I missed my delivery two times by mistake of courier man. I don't know why he is in so much rush. He doesn't care to deliver the item but care about stick the paper on the door. I was at home and specially waiting for door bell. At 10.10am I got a msg that I missed my package at 10.07am..how it is possible that I was dumb and deaf for three minutes..OMG it's ridiculous. I don't want any service with them.. 0000000”
“Had some frozen samples to overnight to North Carolina and needed help getting the packaging and express labelling right. The service person at this centre knew exaclty what I needed and helped me get everthing correct. Very friendly, quick and efficient. The package arrived the next morning in NC without a hitch.
We have always found FedEx to do a great job. We live in a condo and our local driver always makes sure our packages get to our door, not just dumped in the lobby.”
