“I purchased a pair a shoes from Mcarthur glen outlets, Richmond. The shoes I bought they were uncomfortable and my feet were always in pain after wearing those. So I stopped wearing them ans thought I have wasted my money and I can’t return because I have already worn them.
Yesterday Feb 26, 2025 I went to Guildford Mall, Surrey. I had a thought that I should talk to Brown’s staff. The staff recommended me to speak with the manager there. I shared my experience with the manager. The manager advised me to bring my shoes back and if they are still in good condition, he can exchange. So I brought my shoes back and he exchanged my shoes.

“I just had the best shopping experience ever. I walked in wanting to find some jeans which I usually find a hard task. Always hard to find the right fit. All of the girls jumped quickly and were running around trying to find me something perfect. They greeted me with a smile and were so pleasant to deal with.
