Everyone there was kind and knowledgeable on all my questions and concerns. Was worried about all the bad things you hear on “added fees” but the rep who was helping me explained everything in detail! Will come back to this store”

“Had the pleasure to be helped by Hugo today at the AT&T on Kanan Rd. in Agoura Hills. Hugo went above and beyond to provide the best customer care experience for me and my family. We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands. I was impressed by his kindness and patience.I would 100% recommend this store!”

“Came here as i inadvertently dropped my Sim card. They spent a lot of effort to help me, for which I'm very grateful. Amusingly, their dmv card scanner wasn't working, which is the fault of Tmobile. They gave me another option which i was ready to implement. Succinctly, i went home and found my sim card.”

“When my phone suddenly stopped getting service (even with Wi-Fi), I visited this store and was immediately helped by Tab. He was professional, personable, and clearly knew his stuff—quickly troubleshooting the issue, swapping SIMs, and even showing me a great 5G home internet option that saved me money.

When the issue persisted the next day, I came back and was helped by Dustin. Despite a busy store, the check-in process was smooth, and Dustin took his time, involving the whole team and even calling corporate to exhaust every option before considering a replacement. The level of teamwork was impressive—they weren’t trying to upsell me, just genuinely fix the issue.

In the end, I did replace the phone—but only after being fully informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. This team values integrity and customer care over quick sales, and that alone earns my continued business.

Highly recommend this store—especially if you value real solutions and service that goes the extra mile.”

“I'm not sure about these reviews. I think people shouldn't base their complete thoughts about a store based on just on reviews they read. I think they should base it on their own experience. My friends and family highly recommended Verizon Wireless to me. I was with Tmobile for years. Never did me wrong. My account was always in good standing. Service was just ok. Until the day I made the switch, Tmobile, locked both my phones, held my numbers so Verizon couldn't port it. It was a total nightmare to get Tmobile to release my numbers. They were acting like complete assholes (excuse my language). It felt like a bunch of kids bullying a kid. Going back and forth with them. It really sucked. P.I.M.A Until I walked into this Verizon Wireless store, right after work, one hour before they closed. It was the best night of my life. They took multiple steps to get my numbers ported. (I ended up purchasing 2 S24 Ultras) . They got those 2 phones activated and ready to go. The level of customer service that I received that night was above and beyond. I went in their upset and irritated. I came out a completely different person. They really made my night. I will never go back to Tmobile. Their customer service sucks. The way they treat people is fake because at the end of the day. They will end up screwing you over. As I said before, it's ok to read reviews, but experience things for yourself. Thank you Verizon Wireless of Simi Valley. Much appreciated! You guys Rock!”

“I've had Frontier for a few months now. I purchased their 1Gbit/sec fiber optic plan when it was offered to me at my doorstep. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, although there are some things that could be improved.The first thing that I would like to bring up is our Amazon Eero router. It's a WiFi 6 router, which is nice, but it's not exactly top-of-the-line equipment. I would have rather had the option to use my own router and cut the equipment rental out of my bill, but that wasn't an option at its installation.The second thing that I want to draw attention to is the ethernet cabling. It's UTP Cat. 6e, which is typical. It's fine to use for ethernet, as it is an industry standard, but I would have liked the option to install FTP ethernet cabling. My roof is neither thick or made of conductive material, so electromagnetic radiation may pass through fairly easily to cause interference.Again, my overall experience is positive so far. I'm glad that I made the change, even though it's not perfect.”
