“I came in to CPR Cell Phone Repair for the second time today. The first time I came in, it was to replace a screen that I had originally taken somewhere else to be replaced. The first place did a terrible job, and ended up completely breaking the phone.
Fortunately, Alex took apart the phone and showed me all the mistakes the other shop made. Because of him, I was able to get a refund on the shoddy work, and he gave me a great price on the repair.
I highly recommend this place. They are honest and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.”

“This place is really great! I dropped off my wife's iPhone to get the cracked screen fixed. They did a great job and the turnaround was only 1hr. So awesome highly recommended! Cheaper than all the other places I have been to get my cracked screens fixed. Was only $85 for screen replacement on an iPhone 6s. Check them out if you have a cracked screen you will be glad you did! They also have tempered glass screen protectors phone cases and some pretty cool headphones in there all for really reasonable prices. UPDATE a few months after getting my screen repaired it turned out that the screen was faulty but not a problem because Victor gives a lifetime warranty on his work and just replaced the screen again for free. What a great business I can't stress enough how awesome this place is. You need to go here for sure if your phone is cracked. They will set you up!”

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Josh at T-Mobile for his excellent customer service. I had gone to two different T-Mobile stores trying to get help with an issue on my phone, but unfortunately I kept getting told to come back later. I also tried calling customer service and was just sent back and forth without getting any real help.
When I finally came in and spoke with Josh, he helped me right away. He knew exactly what to do and had my issue taken care of in about 10 minutes. No excuses, no runaround just great service.

He was professional, personable, and clearly knew his stuff—quickly troubleshooting the issue, swapping SIMs, and even showing me a great 5G home internet option that saved me money.
When the issue persisted the next day, I came back and was helped by Dustin. Despite a busy store, the check-in process was smooth, and Dustin took his time, involving the whole team and even calling corporate to exhaust every option before considering a replacement. “I came to this location on Friday 13th with frustration of my old phone that kept restarting. As soon I walk in I was greeted by one of the managers and told me someone will assist me. Soon after David came to assist me and answered all my questions. He was patient and answered all my questions. He helped set up my phone. Thank you David for your excellent customer service. I think I probably spent close to 3 hours or more due to my old phone kept restarting itself and we have no control over it. All the staff here go above and beyond with their customer service.”
