Very unique mailing shop. Nice family atmosphere. They are so friendly and helpful and they have extraordinary candles and knick knacks. I always get a candle there. Very helpful with anything you are sending by usps or ups. I never go anywhere else.”

“I love coming to this location when I need to get my school work or any other documents printed. They charge the same amount as the library at my college and is super convenient since it's down the street from my house. I believe it's $0.10 for a single document in black and white and a few extra cents more if you would like your documents to be printed in color. To get your documents printed all you have to do is forward the document to their email and upon arriving just let them know that you sent something over to be printed. The staff is always very nice and welcoming :) I would recommend coming here for your mailing and printing needs. :) *they also take passport pictures if you're ever in need for one.”

“I needed to send jeans back via Fed Ex (side note: it's probably best not to buy jeans online, unless you know your size in a certain brand) and was happy for this little inconvenience because it meant discovering this convenient spot. Also on my "to-do" list for the day was buying stamps and a lottery ticket. Actually, on my way to Our Postal Express, someone on the radio was talking about the huge jackpot but I thought "That means another stop, but maybe I'll get a ticket." Anyway, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised that they sell lottery tix AND scratchers, which is cool cause I like to give scratchers as gifts. So I returned those awful jeans, bought a few lottery tickets (fingers crossed), and some stamps, all in one place. What a time saver. And the person working there was so nice to talk to. She was so cool, which made my errand seem way less like an errand. Really glad I found this place.”
“I have used this company for printing and faxing only! My review will be based on that.
I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.
Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.
Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.
I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”
“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

“Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”

No matter when I go and who helps me they always do their job just as they’re supposed to some people are more friendly others. Just get the job done. I don’t need to be entertained. “Great UPS location. Employees are helpful and efficient. Hardly ever a wait. In a shopping center with a huge parking lot. I once witnessed a customer say rude things to an employee and the employee just let the customer run their mouth while the employee continued to do their job and helped other guests (so professional, seriously impressive) and then responded with "you too" and I still think about it to this day and it makes me laugh.”

I had to come to this place from la for the past three days and being rejected because they “couldn’t” find my package, But that changed when T actually looked up the order number and went to the back and found it somewhere but anyway made my day! Without him this place would definitely be out of order and disorganized. He put that store back together by himself! Definitely come back just for him! Such an icon! Thank you T!!!”
“I've had a box at this UPS location since 2017 and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is fast and friendly. Those leaving negative reviews probably had their energy returned. Treat others with kindness and respect if that's how you'd like to be treated.”
“Lupe was very rude and prejudice. When I entered the store I was ignored the entire visit. When I finally reached the counter, Lupe was rude and acted as if I was bothering her just by coming into UPS. I tried to purchase a p.o. box (which she wouldn't allow without a clear explanation) I accepted her redundant answer and proceeded to my next task which was mailing off an envelope. She tried to charge me $50 but couldn't tell me why the same paper I mailed the day before was only $2.25. Final straw was when the customer behind me (who was the same ethnicity as Lupe) proceeded to purchase a PO box just like I tried to. And what do you know! The system was magically up again. Not the first time I have felt this behavior from lupe. If you come to this location you will see this is a normal behavior for Lupe. At the same time I want to thank you for such horrible service that it pushed me to not spend a dime with UPS. I ended up going to USPS and got my PO box as well as mailed my items off. People like Lupe do not need to be working in the public”

“I went here today to return some Amazon items. Super simple and painless. The guy who processed my return was thorough telling me to look out for a message from Amazon and letting me know I could take a picture of the labels of my returns so I had proof or a receipt. I didn't feel the need to do so, but I thought it was above and beyond of him to offer. The staff seem friendly, the space is cool with a/c. They have a variety of boxes for shipping and other items for your shipping and printing needs.”
