5829 Lone Tree Wy Ste b, AntiochIt’s good although the VIP clinic on Saturdays needs to be more organized. I walked in with an appointment I had for a week, told them I had it to which they replied I will get a text message when they’re ready for me and that I can walk around the store which I did for 15 min, 20 maybe. I get the message and to my surprise there’s a line. I asked and they said they will get to you in order, depending where in line you are. I don’t understand why then tell me that I can walk around the store when they could’ve just simply said just go get in line and wait for the text message. There were people who didn’t even get the text message yet and were in line (very wise). Of course I waited for 2 hours until they gave a couple of shots to my dog. My recommendation: GET IN LINE and then figure anything else out. I know this has nothing to do with the facility itself but I still wanted to address it :)
OH! I also think they should take turns for the breaks. Of course every worker needs breaks but 15 min for the whole crew which was like 6 people to stop completely it makes the whole thing even slower 😭. Only 2 are putting the vaccines and helping, the other 1 is in the cash area for payments but the other 2 were just standing there giggling the whole time, ahhhhhh!!!!

And to Adilson Freitas, I have been going to this place for 4 years, and I know you can't schedule appointments for 5pm, the last appointment time is 3pm, and if you said you got there at 5pm had to wait 9 hours for your dog to be done, then had you had to wait an additional 30 minutes then you would have picked your dog up at 2:30am and Leah would not keep a dog more then 5 hours and if she would then she would call and do them the next DAY SO GET YOUR STORY AND MATH STRAIGHT

1312 Sunset Dr, AntiochWe found this place from our primary vet at Brentwood. Just in case if there's an emergency. Our pup accidentally act some cabbage which cause him to have diarrhea and vomit. We were really worried so we rushed him to an emergency. In the morning, only a few people were waiting. I registered our pup and they brought him in right away. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few hrs because the primary vet had not arrived yet. Later they brought us in. We had a consulation with the doctor and she decided to run some tests to make sure nothing is serious. She advised to go home and they will call us when he's ready. Good news nothing serious with his health from the test results. He just needed to take some meds to cure his diarrhea and vomiting. The next day our pup was back to his normal self.

Our cat was not feeling well. My son and I brought her in. The tech checked her weight and took some information on our girl.
The Dr examined her and, explained some things that could be the illness. They ran the test. They let us know they would have the results in the morning.
The appointment was complete for the day. I had another appointment to go to so I had to send my son home with an Uber. My son is disabled. I want to give a big thank you to Suzanne for her help getting my son get in the Uber with our cat, his cane, and backpack.
In the morning we received a call to pick up the antibiotics for the infection
Within 24 hours we were all more relaxed because our girl felt so much better.

Abbey Vet Hospital
405 E 18th St, AntiochOut of all the vets in the area we choose Abbey because of the people.
One of our cats swallowed a piece of plastic. Our regular vet couldn’t fit her in. I called around and Abbey was able to see us. I was truly impressed by how caring everyone was, and how friendly. It’s a peculiar thing how “animal” people are usually not so good as people-people. That’s not the case with Abbey, and it’s a main reason we have chosen to switch away from our old vet and are now part of the Abbey family. Every individual there is genuinely personable and kind. Maddy, Renee, Christina… thanks to you all!
On top of it, Dr. Sushma is so sweet with our cats. It’s heartwarming. She’s a “cat-whisperer,” too. And her care is top notch.
Not to mention the competitive, fair prices.
This is the place. We are so happy to have found them.

The hostess found a safe place for us, and our waiter was excellent. I am not permitted to eat fresh vegetables or fruits. The menu was full of other options for me to choose from. The food and drink prices are reasonable. The food was excellent!

We just stopped on a whim after a long drive and it was way better than we expected... the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were actually crispy not soggy. i think the only thing I would change is the seating outside, its a bit cramped and uncomfortable especially when it gets busy. They got a pretty good selection of shakes and the service was fast considering how packed it was. overall definately a spot I’d come back to, just wish they had a little more room to sit.
