I also used their training program for my 2 dogs when they were pups and have utilized the vet service when I needed a fundamental shot while other places are booked out for weeks. Kathy has been particularly helpful with questions on food allergies and other health related products/toys for our beloved pups. Great service, always nice to go in and see them!

127 Cameo Drive, DanvilleThis was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn’t used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn’t bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn’t normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo’s tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.??

Russell, my 192-pound, 38-inch tall Irish Wolfhound, needed a grooming session. The staff was incredibly professional and well-versed in handling large dogs. What stood out the most during the appointment was their constant updates on Russell’s progress. I highly recommend this business. My photos doesn’t do them justice

3436 Camino Tassajara, DanvilleThis review is long overdue. I've been bringing my fur kids to Tassajara Vet since 2010, and Dr. Johnson has been an incredible veterinarian every step of the way. He's cared not only for my current Labs, Max and Sadie, but also for two of my beloved dogs who have since passed away. His compassion, knowledge, and genuine dedication have earned my complete trust over the years.
I also want to recognize the amazing staff who make every visit such a positive experience. Tammy, Melissa, Nicole, Deborah, and the entire front office team are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Also a shout out to all the veterinary technicians who are wonderful as well.
After more than 15 years, I can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Johnson, and the entire Tassajara Vet team, for the exceptional care you've given my family over the years.

When I had my initial meeting I met both Luz (the owner) and Pam (the sitter). Luz is a very responsible business owner and has everything covered- even things I didn't even think of. Pam was friendly, warm and wonderful with our two Havanese dogs. The always got back to me right away and it was very easy to get ahold of them if I needed to. We were gone for 11 days and Pam sent us pics and videos of our pups. It felt so nice not to have to think about if everything was going well at home. She is a very caring pet sitter. I would definitely hire them again.

Oh Behave Dog Training
DanvillePatti with Oh Behave Dog Training is truly a dog whisperer. I sent my dog to her from CO for a board and train for obedience and aggression. She took such good care of my baby, and he is now a well-trained and well-behaved dog. I also spent a few days with her when I picked him up, so that she could train me on what I was doing right and wrong, in order to help him succeed. That was also important, and super helpful, I learned so much from her. She also continues to follow up, even after the training, and is more that willing to help with any questions. I 100% made the right decision in hiring her. She is the best, and has an abundance of dog behavior knowledge.

3630 Blackhawk Plaza Circle, DanvilleMy puppy, Kobe, loves Dogtopia! He’s always excited to walk through the doors and see some of his favorite humans and is pooped and happy when he comes home. The cameras are a bonus so I can check on how much fun he’s having throughout the day. The staff is communicative and friendly and even taught him to patiently wait by the door to be let in and out, something that has translated to home as well. We will continue to use Dogtopia Blackhawk for daycare and boarding.

The staff and owners are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, especially if you need help with the menu or any accommodations. It feels very authentic and the food is delicious and definitely worth it. Prices are also really reasonable.
I always love supporting local spots, especially when the food is good and the people are this welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Our server was knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful. (And he made it clear up front that dessert was not to be missed, which was great to know going into the meal!) The menu is fantastic, and their fish specials were thoughtfully conceived. We had the halibut and the pork chop, and both were well executed and artfully presented mains with delectable sides. Their great wine selection and indulgent dessert menu rounded out the meal nicely on either end.
We will definitely be returning again!

They have a fairly limited selection of flavors, but all of them are unique, all natural, and very tasty.

Take note, the ice cream is on the sweeter side, so you’ll find yourself very satisfied with a single, or even a kids scoop. The staff are generous with the servings, so there should be zero complaints about portions.

Was even given a wet wipe for finger food.
Had the chicken sliders, the white meat was *not* dry, and the sliders were a couple levels above the norm. The oatmeal stout was served in a nice glass, felt above the norm there.
They make the chips and everything else in house, and it shows.
Recommend a visit, the menu is eclectic in a good way.
Emerald was knowledgeable about the food and explained how it was done, please give her a raise.

Their chai was pretty good but could be spicier (or have both spicy & sweet versions). Everything looked amazing though. I have been to Europe and it’s hard to find anywhere that compares but honestly this is easily the closest I’ve seen so far! I would definitely come here more.
