Honest I was in a hurry one day by mistake I was shorted $100.00 didn't realize it until Mr. George the manager called me to Allerton me of the error. “I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”

“Great customer service overall. My only issue is with the ATMs. I've been a member for years and continue to be happy with the staff, but I’m trying to understand what’s going on with the ATM situation.
Years ago, I assumed the ATMs were out of service because they looked outdated. This year, they were finally upgraded—the new machines look great, and I was thrilled to see they worked after hours. But when I returned a couple of weeks later… dear Jesus, the ATM was out of service again.
I genuinely don’t understand what the problem is. If I use another credit union’s ATM, I get charged. I’m really unsatisfied with these ongoing ATM issues.”

“This review is for Carlos Alvarado, the Pasadena Branch Manager, who is an exceptional leader at Logix and who personally went out of his way to help fix a problem for us. My brother and I have been with Logix for years because of our home mortgage. Recently, there was a glitch that occurred which greatly impacted our credit score. It was huge misunderstanding and I am happy to report that Logix/Carlos acted in an honest, a trustworthy way. I strongly feel that if we were with another Branch Manager or organization, we would have been dismissed and we would have had to go through a Credit Attorney. Carlos took the time to hear me out, reach out for updates, and ensure that the process would be resolved. Any banking organization can provide you services and great rates, but what sets this place apart from others is that it is led by people that care and they work really hard to make sure you're on the winning end. Thank you Carlos for prioritizing your customers, working swiftly to right wrongs, and adding the human touch at your branch!”

“I love this credit union. The decorations make you feel like you are in Hawaii. Lines are always short and the service is fast. The staff is professional, friendly, and understanding. Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”

“Plenty of parking, they have restrooms, a snack machine, and a coin machine. Free coffee and flyers for attractions and tourism. They have a seating area available for kids. ATM's are outside, but they only have 2 available. Security guard on-site.”

I am thankful for their patience and assisting me with getting a loan and opening a savings account. Shout out to their supervisor whose name I didn’t catch who I assume has worked with his staff to make a strong team.

“I've just met two of the nicest people to have open an account with. Normally, banker staff are rude or have a chip on their shoulders. But not these two, Alejandra Barberena and Gina Garcia. First off, they open the door right on time, greeted me with a smile and maintained professionalism throughout my account process. “When we bought our 2nd home they gave us the best deal and service. Now, with my new car I am financing some part of it, so I can purchase the extended warranty. A way of feeling safer by purchasing A Ford vehicle. However, we shopped around several credit unions. We looked at several Credit unions, some credit unions from work, and we also looked at many other credit unions. Nobody was able to beat their APR, of 3.49. Thank you Mr. D. Soleta and Vanessa”

“PFCU is unique and one of a kind. I have been a member for more than 20 years and would not trade it for anything. The staff members who have been with PFCU for many years are the reason for my continued membership. They treat you like part of the family and they call you by name.
On the other hand, the move and migration changed the environment within PFCU. I recall going to PFCU on Fair Oaks, and getting all the support one needed there. Now, one has to call the virtual line which is located at the Parsons building, and can get a hold of an employee at the branch like before. The employees while at Fair Oaks has a direct line that made it easier for customers to contact. It is now a waiting game to hear back.
All these changes made PFCU different. What keeps is unique is the employees that have been with PFCU from the Fair Oaks locations and keep the great customer service and support going. If they were not part of the change/migration, I would have left a long time ago.
In my opinion, I think leadership needs to consider the tradition that was done at Fair Oaks location in which us members were proud to be PFCU members. The is no more coloring contest for the kids as before, the open house gathering are gone, and the holidays loans changed.
All these negative reviews is unfair. Leadership should be grateful for those tenure employees that brought the tradition from Fair Oaks location and cater to the members and treat us like family. They are not the problem. The problem is leadership who put PFCU at the shopping center location when the previous location was great. With the change, reduced staff and customer support was impacted. The employees on hand in the branch are awesome and would not trade it for anything.
Kudos the branch team on Lake. Keep up the great work and thank you for always treating me and every member that walks in as family.”
