“I visited this place during a weekday before lunchtime. I found parking easily and it was free. I was here to ship an Amazon return. I had a QR code and Charlie printed out the labels for my two returns.
One thing that I appreciate about Charlie is that they acknowledged me as I came in and let me know that they would be with me in a few moments. I did notice that they were finishing up an another task, but it’s always nice just to hear the communication from the staff member.
Charlie helped my experience go by quick and easy and provided a receipt for me for my reference.”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

“Amazing and seamless experience in what was bound for failure. I had a very sensitive couple of packages to be sent to me, however it was delayed a day or two (by the shipper, not UPS) and I had to go out of town. So unless I arranged for something, my sensitive packages would be sitting outside my door for over a week.
I switched the package to a UPS store delivery for a fee, hoping they could hold the sensitive packages.
Unfortunately, UPS only holds them for a few of days before, sending it back to the shipper.
Anthony at the UPS store looked at my packages and arrange for them to be held for an extra five days. He had to go outside the system to do this, but in the end I was able to pick up the packages safe and sound.
Anthony even recognized my name during the pick up as he was the one who held the packages for me originally, and I got to thank him in person for delivering my sensitive packages, safe and sound. I should mention that he was a super friendly guy, not only to me, but to all the customers in front of me while I was waiting in line. He did small favors of them, helping them label and pack things, when he didn’t have to, and didn’t sweat the small stuff. A lot of shipping places don’t have this level of personalized service and are strict about the rules to the point that it negatively affects customer service.
I would recommend this UPS store and Anthony to anyone with sensitive packages, and will be using the store and requesting him for my packing and shipping needs.”

Despite a busy crowd, things flowed smoothly as Nikki worked multiple registers at the counter for maximum efficiency; she zipped through all the slightly complicated things I needed and I was in and out before I knew it. I saw a few other competent team members working notary and fingerprint services too, with similar skill and efficiency. Excellent service, thank you!”

Spent 2 hours in the store spent $500, Seeing the importance and the sensitivity of my documents, Ana never let up till she was sure i had my documents in order.

“Shout out to the manager Johan and his team at Mission Bay's UPS Store on 3rd Street! I'm really shocked by all the horrible reviews for this place because Johan and the previous manager Paul really took care of all my shipping needs, especially for important documents and invaluable items. They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was! Thank you for all of your help and for staying overtime with my friends and I when we were manically shipping 10+ boxes that one night!! I'll never forget the great service you provided that helped with making at least part of my big move stress-free.”

“Have had good experiences with this place before. Yesterday however, the man at the desk said that my preprinted label was good for the postage but the box needed to be sealed with tape that he could sell me a roll for about $10. I went to a nearby shop and they had the kindness to seal the box with the tape most people in a shop/home have. UPS in NY always put a strip of tape as a courtesy.”

“I've gone to this location for years and have always been greeted warmly. Parking is easy. I mostly just drop off packaged returns from online orders that are ready to go. The location is convenient if you have to go to USPS as well.”
