If you like sushi and for some reason you are in Big Sur on a Friday or Saturday, you need to check it out. The prices in Big Sur are high in general and this place is no exception, but here you will also get an exceptional meal. For pairing, the nearby camp store conveniently sells sake and beer.

47520 CA-1, Big SurGreat place to hang out inside or out. Very comfortable environment, friendly patrons and friendly stuff. Would give staff, environment, and other visitors a five out of five. Their pub food probably would appeal to vegetarians or if you enjoy beyond meat. I personally do not like how it tastes so found the veggie fajita is good but missing a vegan protein option like much of Big Sur. Really fun environment to hang out though, and I will definitely go back.

48510 CA-1, Big SurAmazing experience, location, views and staff (there really more like ambassadors for this unique, cool place). Our favorite place and guests love it when we take them there. Almost every seat in the place has a great view - and I mean "screen saver" great - so you'll love it. If you want a special seat on the rail looking out, try to go an hour before they open and go down to the cafe for a coffee or wine.

The wifi is particularly useful as cell reception is weak or nonexistent in that area from all major carriers. The outside seating is trendy and offers good views, weather permitting. Food and service are rudimentary due to staffing issues, a common hurdle in the area.

Kind attentive waitress. The food was superb. I got the vegan just egg frittata and my husband had the falafel Benedict. Both were delicious!
