“This T-Mobile store is in a very busy plaza. Lots of traffic, with cars in and out of the neighboring restaurants. I came here to replace my screen protector on a busy Sunday evening. “I never really come here for cell phones but I will admit the retail worker is friendly, is honest, and this place provides good prices for getting a cellphone upgrade when you switch to a new line. I don't like where the location of this retail is as it's quite ghetto and could use a new touch up. But if your looking to get a cellphone I recommend it here 7/10 (in my opinion)”

“I always go to this store everyone is super friendly. Unfortunately the 800 number for Tmobile Customer Service left out a few things from my package delivery as well as complete instructions but they did tell me I could return to my original store where I bought the equipment and they could help me, which I should of done originally. Thankfully Omar was there to help trouble shoot with great communication and professionalism. Super patient with me no matter how many times I needed to go back and forth today.

“My mom and I came in yesterday to purchase the iphone 15 pro max. Paul assisted us, and he was AMAZING! Very professional and patient, approachable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He is definitely knowledgeable about the phones and services provided by T-Mobile. I'm not very tech savy HAHA, but he never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions. T-Mobile, he is an asset to your company! Give this man A RAISE! The store was to close at 8pm yesterday, and we arrived around 6:45pm so it was close to closing, but the staff never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I called prior to coming to inquire about the titanium iphone 15 Pro Max stock, and the girl on the phone (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was also very polite and friendly.
