“Crystal was AMAZING! .I went in to begin 5G Home WiFi for my mom. She was very busy since she was the only employee but she was calm, thoughtful and professional. She acknowledgd everyone and found the reason we were all there.
During our conversation I mentioned a few other things I have been thinking about doing. Crystal took notes and said she'd be happy to help review the other items with me. She made suggestions and showed me side by side comparisons of my current plan and the additional benefits if I upgraded my plan and if I upgraded my old iphone 13 to a new iphone 15 pro. I got the 5G Home, the new iphone and did update my monthly plan. I never felt pushed or "sold". I felt heard and cared for. Wonderful Experience!!!”

“I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

“I came in today because I wanted to switch back to Cricket after having a horrible experience with another carrier. I'm really glad that I came to this particular Cricket location. Bowen, the sales rep who helped me, was very nice and extremely patient. Since he was there by himself, training a new hire, he had to deal With a couple of customers at the same time. There was an older lady who came in and not tech savvy, like me. He was so patient and kind to her-even showing her the parts of her phone. On top of that, he also had a good sense of humor. I've been to a couple of Cricket Wireless locations and both times I've had a good experience. Thanks for knowing how to take care of your customers, Cricket Wireless!!!”
“Called different ATT stores looking for a specific phone. All the other stores I’ve called either they didn’t pick up. Or didn’t have the phone available.
Called this location, they had my phone in stock and decided to pop on over to do a phone upgrade. I’m glad Nick picked up the phone and helped me see it through and through. He did ask me to come in at a certain, I was in the area so I popped in a little early. He was more than welcoming. He was with a customer before me. Told me he’d be right with me. Didn’t wait long. He was done with the other customer.
He is very thorough. Walked me through the upgraded plan on my account. Answered all my questions. Explained the breakdowns for me. What to expect and made sure I understood what I was getting in to.
We had a hiccup with my phone and he stayed with me and tried his best to figure out the issue so I can walk out with a working phone. I can’t say for the rest of the people that work here but Nick has went above and beyond expectations for customer service. 10/10 do recommend him and this location!”

“I went in to buy a new phone and I was greeted by Jesse, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The process of getting a new phone I had some hiccups due to my old phone not having enough storage blah blah blah. But Jesse was extremely patient and stayed with me for over 2 hours. To help me set up and transfer everything to the new phone .The entire time he demonstrated great patience and I could tell he truly cares about his customers. He was so nice and helpful to me. And treated me as a friend rather than just trying to sell me stuff. He presented me with some great deals that you receive once purchasing a phone and I did buy some items from him, including a new kind of phone charger and other important accessories. He also was a great listener as during our 2 hour plus conversation, I mentioned I was in need of a tablet and he actually offered and showed me some models his store had, which really proved to me he cared. I was there for so long, and he only demonstrated kindness and patience and extreme knowledge of the products. I'm not sure if it was his manager, but there was a very nice woman named evelyn, who was also there the entire time and she was extremely nice and helpful as well. .Overall, my experience with these places is usually terrible and I wish I could give Jesse and Evelyn a more than 5 star rating. They made my experience the best it's ever been and I recommend everyone asks for their help when they need it.”

He listened to my input, and was very competent and effective in coming up with a plan to get my phone back working and transferring my service.
