The technician made sure to test the new window operations with me to ensure it worked properly and he did a great job cleaning out the broken glass. (Thanks Jose). “I was driving down 580 from Emeryville in my girlfriends car this afternoon when a car on my left kicked up a rock and smashed my rear drivers side window. I got home half an hour later and immediately put out feelers on yelp for a window replacement, and Chris responded immediately, with a quote and that he could get the work done same day. Chris showed up to my complex an hour later with another gentleman and got right to work - they removed the old window, vaccumed up any broken glass, and popped the new one on all in about 45 minutes, telling me to leave the painters tape on for 2 days, presumably to let the adhesive/sealant cure. All in all, outstanding service, and Chris was friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend!”

They travel to you within a certain mileage range and provide an arrival window that they stick to. “If I can give this place 10 stars I would! I brought my car to Amigos to get a repair and spoke with Rafael throughout the whole process. He was great at communicating and making sure my needs were met. They did an extremely great job in a timely manner and will definitely come back (hoping I don't ever need to) I brought my car in on a Tuesday to get fixed and by that Friday I had my car back with no issues. “I've used Jeff for automobile glass a couple of times. My trucking company also has used them in the past. They are timely, responsive, and fair price wise. This time, there was a minor distortion in the windshield that I noticed a few days after install, and Jeff was great at getting a replacement installed within 2 days. I offered to pay for the labor on the replacement, but he wouldn't hear of it.”

“I've visited several body shops, but none matched the kindness and professionalism of this place. My frustration began two months ago when the paint on the rear side window of my car started peeling off. I looked at other places, but they all quoted outrageous prices. I bought paint online in a similar blue shade to my car to do it myself, but the peeled area was too large, and I couldn't handle it. However, when I visited this place recommended by my friend, the owner of the body shop explained everything so kindly and said they would do it at a low price. Kenny skillfully scraped off the peeled paint and repainted it within three hours. The result was so impressive that I almost questioned if there had ever been peeling paint. I will definitely recommend this body shop to my friends, and whenever there is an issue with my car, I will only come here.”

Only gave 5 stars because glass was not vaccumed from floor and back seat. However, they took care of vaccumming after it was requested. Very fast and efficient service.
