“Beautiful resort with large, fully furnished RV sites. Washrooms are pristine, pool was really nice. Laundry was reasonably priced -- you need the payrange app to pay for washers&dryers. Staff are great -big shout-out to Joanne at the front desk and Kibb, who maintains the place. The first night we arrived late and the battery died on our tow car. We had to push it into our site after parking our RV. In the morning we discovered we had parked in the wrong site in the dark. Joanne assisted us and said she would get someone from maintenance to give us a battery boost. I called the front desk to follow up and the lady (not Joanne) who answered told me that "no, we don't do that" (provide boosts). Very unhelpful. Kibbs from maintenence arrived a minute later, gave us a boost, and we were able to move to our correct site. WIFI was awful, and given what guest were paying to stay here, I expected better. I read in a review from over a month ago that even the wifi you paid for was equally bad. Sun Outdoors said they would check with their provider, but obviously there's been no improvement. For this reason and the unhelpful woman at the front desk, I took away one star.”

“Great hotel, very pretty design, kind staff, Lovely room. Only one thing that i would improve is the noise isolation of the room door as it is very close to the Highway that is noisy. Otherwise Great stay!”

“I have never stayed at an Ayres hotel. For my business trip , this hotel was the only one close enough to my location. I wasn't thrilled that it was in Chula Vista, but what the heck , the company is paying not me! Looking at the pictures it looked new .i invited the wife and kids to join me and I was very nervous. Once we arrived we realized that this area is a newer development with gated communities and affluent neighborhoods. This location is next to a mall and shopping center that offers plenty of dining and shopping options. Once we arrived to the hotel , we were impressed ! Really clean! Modern looking, and the staff if helpful and friendly. My wife who notices everything and finds things wrong with every room we stay in. Said it was perfect ! The rooms are spacious with a mini fridge, microwave, safe, hairdryer,and ironing boards. There is onsite free parking, laundry room, fitness center, and lobby Bar. Breakfast is included and freshly prepared. I read reviews that didn't like the food. But for a hotel breakfast, it was excellent. And if you don't want to eat here, there is a McDonald's right outside their Front door. I will definitely come back and stay at this location again!! Thank you !!!”

“Hello...well...a place to rest and enjoy if you are on vacation or business, very quiet, pool, jacuzzi...of course depending on the season...very good for my taste and that is why I recommend it.. .Nearby activities: It's not about physical activity, more because it's close to the shopping center and restaurants...Great variety...”

“Really great, with a very small deduction.We were skeptical at first because our room faced the street. However, the rooms are incredibly well insulated, so you really can't hear any traffic noise. The rooms are also beautifully furnished and elegantly equipped. A wonderful bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast room offers free fruit and snacks during the day and a small breakfast in the morning for a fee. 7eleven next door, taco stand opposite - you can stay here for a while.I would have liked a small fridge in the room. Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to cool our provisions. Fortunately, there is a 7eleven right next door, so you can get chilled drinks here at any time.I would also have appreciated a kettle, but that should not be a point of criticism.”

“Firstly it is a nicely designed hotel, great staff with really good customer service. But the smell is amazing. It smells so good here and clean ya know. Makes you feel safe like the way all businesses should smell. The morning breakfast was amazing also. The rooms are a bit pricey but eere paying to be in a beautiful, safe part of town so there's that. Highly recommend to ally friends.”

“The rooms are above average, clean and pleasant smelling.Check in was a breeze. Free breakfast was okay. The food area was pleasantly well stocked and clean.The location is not good. You can easily miss the entrance if you aren't diligent.Plus it is across the street from a school.”

“I travel often and have stayed in many hotels. This is the best Choice Hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel and facilities were clean and in working order. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and maintenance were beyond friendly and accommodating. I had one issue with the toilet not flushing properly but they fixed it promptly. Highly recommend staying here and if I ever return to that area I will guarantee I'll stay there again.”

“There is a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. There is no shower gel or hair dryer, but there is shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover cloth, shower cap, body lotion. The rooms are simple, but nice and clean. Although it is next to the main road, the window closes well and there are shutters.”

“Admittedly the motel was understaffed, but when we finally got the room it was perfect. TV worked well with great channels, everything was clean, blankets were cozy, towels and toilet paper worked fine, tub was big enough for a bath, there was a microwave and fridge and little seating area. It was all around, a perfect experience. And the staff that was there was very nice. Best of all, peace and quiet so you won't have to worry about being bothered. I passed out mid-day from pure comfort. Loved it.”
