“Mansoor was a huge help—very patient and polite throughout the entire process. He took his time assisting me with my upgrade and made sure everything was transferred smoothly from my old phone to the new one. He even double-checked that all my emails were set up and working perfectly.
I really appreciate how the team at this store goes above and beyond to help customers. It’s a completely different experience compared to some other Verizon stores, like Walnut Creek, where it often feels like they don’t have the time to assist you properly.
I highly recommend coming to this location.”
“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! “A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. Anyhow, I digress, the service was top notch, from now on, I’ll be making the ~35min drive to this specific store for my at&t needs.”

“We purchased 2 phones from this Verizon store within a span of 10 days - both my wife's and my phones were eligible for an upgrade. We worked with Faisal and he was fantastic - patient, helpful and gave us several options to select the best phone and plan. I also worked with a couple of other folks there and they were all very helpful, but Faisal was particularly efficient and knowledgeable.
