New soles on both boots, stitching fixed on both boots and leather treatment all done while I waited and it didn’t take very long either”

“I went into Journeys And was immediately greeted by the team. Thankfully Kayanna came up to me and asked me if I needed any help finding anything specific. And was very urgent in going to get the shoes that I was hoping they had. When they didn't have the shoes in my size that I was looking for Eric offered to order them for me online and ship them my house for the same price I would pay in store. Amazing experience will definitely be back again, I loved al the options Kayanna brought out for me but ultimately came in for a specific style.”

On March 20, 2025, I visited the store to look at some Red Wing boot options to purchase. I was welcomed and assisted by Ema Fernandez in considering the various boots.
Ema began by computer imaging various characteristics of each of my feet (i.e., dimensions, pressure points, etc.). I basically zeroed in on 2 boot types to try on for size and fit, but 1 of the 2 in was on backorder. At the end of the day, I am looking forward to going back to the store when to 2nd boot type is in stock. Thank you, Ema!”

“Picked up my order at the local Sheikh in Concord. Gentleman who works there gave me his attention right away and greeted me. I provided my order information, he verified my identification, had me wait for 30 seconds to grab my item in the back. Wished me well for the rest of the evening when I left.
The store is very clean and the associate working here seems to like his job.

I decided to go to the location at Sunvalley mall the other day and the store manager was very helpful. 5 stars for the store manager!! “I was in need of some new Nike shoes and decided to come stop by shoe Palace since I was in the mall and they had a decent amount of shoe selection they could have had more but I was able to find some Nike Air maxes that I liked. Customer service was excellent here once I walked in I was greeted and was asked if I need any help. Would be nice if the shoes weren't costing an arm and a leg but it's understandable good pairs of shoes are going to cost a pretty penny.”

“Came in with heel pain off and on for two weeks from using bad shoes to run and other aches & pains. Berto was so patient, it was almost closing. He did 2 tests, made me custom orthotics & provided me shoe recommendations. I walked out with no pain magically just like that! Thank you customer service is amazing”
