“I've been going here since they were the little brother to Frys, now they are the sole survivor and not resting on their laurels. The service is excellent, helped by a commission plan for the associates on the floor.
Mostly, though, I order online and pick up at the store. They're doing a better job of staffing that line and pulling items out while you're waiting so that there's a minimum amount of time at the cashier.
The prices are good also, their motherboard CPU RAM bundles cannot be beaten. The rest are competitive with and in line with online.
The selection is great, also. They expanded the store a few years ago and really made it a proper destination for anything you might need electronics wise.”

As for delivery I couldn’t be happier! It’s nice that they have their own company delivery team instead of outsourcing so they know exactly what they’re giving you. Not to mention Joseph and Santos gave me a 30-45 minute heads up of when they’d be arriving, got there on time, brought in the products, installed, and verified working order before leaving.

“We've been happy T-Mobile customers for 7 years, with great service and quick resolution of any issues. In early April, I ordered a new phone online—something I’ve done with every upgrade. I unknowingly placed the order on the last day of a $500 trade-in promotion. My card was charged, but on April 5th, I received an email stating the order was canceled with no explanation, just a refund.
When I called T-Mobile, no one could tell me why it was canceled. I was told to reorder, which I did, but this time, the trade-in value dropped to $175. I had screenshots of the original promotion and wasn’t willing to lose $325. After more than two months of back-and-forth with customer care (with repeated promises that never resulted in action), a supervisor finally told me I needed to visit a store.
At the first store, they confirmed I should have received the $500, but couldn’t help further. I was told to try a corporate location. Frustrated, I went in expecting more of the same, but instead, Marisa listened patiently and brought in her manager, Alberto, who said, “Let me try to make this right.”
Forty-five minutes later, I left the store relieved and very grateful. A BIG thanks to Alberto and Marisa, I’m once again a happy customer—and hopeful to be with T-Mobile for another 7 years.”

“VERY HANDY ! My wife and I hit this huge store on a rainy Saturday. First up I grabbed some personal care toiletries in the MAN ZONE. My wife found some cute easter baskets for our 2 little grand daughters. PERFECT ! We had in our mind to buy a couple of bedside lamps ( base and shade ) to change the look of our bedroom now we have added new linen colors on our bed. I found the style of white fluted lamp shades we wanted in their small lighting section...for $12 each. It would have been $25 each for base & shade at Ikea for almost the same look we ended up with using our amp bases. And they look great too ! We also needed a pair of white standard pillow cases for the guest bedroom. We found them for just $18 for their home brand.....a ton cheaper than the $95 home brand at Macy's. Very helpful service at the checkout with the thoughtful female cashier pointed out a pretty gift bag was a bit wet from the damp shopping cart. We changed it out and she placed it inside a plastic bag. GOOD VALUE HERE !”

“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“I brought my SL-1500 technics here to get repaired for a speed issue and Tim did NOT disappoint! He was insanely helpful, and charged a low low fee and even let me come get it on a weekend. He was very communicative the whole time and the turntable came back to me in even better shape than I asked for. He also checked up on my way home to make sure I knew how to hook everything up properly, and called a few days later to make sure it was all working all right. Great guy, great place to trust your equipment to.”
