“WOW! We feel so fortunate that Lauren was working yesterday when we came in to upgrade one of our phones. Not only was she just genuinely friendly but she was very knowledgeable and knew her way around both the products and application needed to upgrade. She offered suggestions and pointed out the pros and cons of different phones and without her, our original thought of switching to an Iphone would have been disastrous for us. Kudos to Lauren! I hope TMobile recongnizes what a gem they have in her.”
