“They really did some upgrade work to the exterior of the building, and the end result is a beautiful facade that really blends in well with, and augments, the downtown Santa Rosa landscape. The head architect in charge of the renovations must have put together a beautiful presentation in order to earn the right to put their stamp of approval on this project. Additionally, the related blueprints that were approved by upper level management to allow the project to move forward really must have struck a chord with the decision-makers. They have a shaded parking lot that is monitored by a security guard. He's doing a wonderful job every day that he has a shift. I think he took a picture of me for his files, so that's satisfying and illustrious. Luther Burbank was a superior gardener, and he cultivated a wide assortment of beautiful flora for all to enjoy. Soak it up, Santa Rosa!”

“This currently is the #1 Bank in the US for interest on savings accounts. The current interest is 5.5% and is guaranteed for 3 months. I got in when it was guaranteed for 6 months and they are sticking behind that guarantee. Very easy to contact them online and always get a quick response. Submitted my daughter as a joint owner on my savings account and found out she had made a mistake completing her online form. Notified Poppy Bank of this and they CALLED HER. Never had that happen before, it's usually a notice for you to call them. The bank is not only FDIC insured but is completely stable and currently the ONLY bank in the US with a savings interest of 5.5%”

“Been with Chase well since they bought Washington Mutual so I was brought into it about 7 or so years ago. This location is still the way I remember it when it was WAMU, very friendly staff and very rarely any long lines. Easy to talk to anyone about other services. Unlike their other location near the Coddingtown Mall this ones does not have a bulletproof glass cage between you and the tellers. Thus, it doesn't feel like a Check Cashing place but rather an actual bank.”
